Everyone hate Susaku?
Suzaku is the most unnerving character I've ever come across. He plain and simple gets on my nerves, I've disliked him from the first season. His personality is one that I cannot stand and would never grow to understand period. His methods are right, if your the type who likes to "walk the straight line" but it's incredibly annoying and thus interferes with the plans of my favorite character, Lelouch. A character like Suzaku is always needed for a good storyline such as Code Geass. And it helps to form a "who's your favorite character" or a fan base, I'm sure there are a lot of Suzaku supporters out there, and their reasons for liking him, I'll presume that they are logical, but I'm not one of them. He was very interesting to watch throughout the series but I hated is personality gravely and thus, hates him quite passionately. 
It's too bad that he didn't die, I would've liked the series a lot more if he did.

Well yeah I'm sad but at the same time I'm really happy that something like that made me feel sad. It like ... it makes me feel alive you know...it makes me feel human.The only way I could feel this sad now is if I felt something really good before. So I have to take the bad with the good. So I guess what I'm feeling is a beautiful sadness.

Nope,,I don't hate him,,but I don't like him a little bit especially in season 2,,,he made me so furious,,,
People hate Suzaku for various reasons.
However, I'd say that people hate Suzaku mostly because he's made some mistakes in the anime and because of his personality.
Honestly, I hated Suzaku during Season 1 of the anime. He was a complete freak with his silly goals and constant refusals to side with Lelouch. I liked how his story ended in R2 though. He FINALLY sided with Lelouch and that's an ending that calmed my anger against him.

Suzaku is the kind of guy who is suppose to get on people's nerves because of how he is.
He takes the path less traveled, and I think most people just don't get him because of it.
Still, he can't hold a candle to Lelouch...maybe a sword, but not a candle. >.>

I think people don't like Suzaku because he always acts toward an ideal. His ideal world is one that lacks fighting, but also punishes him for his actions by any means. He tends to drop one ideal if the other is about to be realized. For example, if someone is about to kill him, he'll drop the "I'll change the world" ideal for the "Suicide by cop". Maybe that's just me...

The end could not have been better. infancy friends who become - rival and if join again in the end to erase the bad fame of an emperor hated for all...
suzaku did not like it very… it was a Japanese who if united its British enemies, treasonous….but I started to like it when it again entered into an alliance with Lelouch… or better Zero… and faced the British empire as one samurai (hehe XD), honoring Japan. As a true japanese and not as one eleven.
That is…. taste only of the Suzaku in the end of the second season of Code Geass anime… it before to it was very flat. XD

Because Suzaku is lame. I mean he killed his dad, and acts really self-righteous. Not to mention the fact that if I found out my best friend was Zero, I would be like 'cool.' Not 'hey I'll shoot you in the head and drag you to the evil emperor to wipe your memory so I can advance my military career.' That is why everyone hates Suzaku.

Suzaku is probably one of the best characters ever. He becomes friends with everyone, then backstabs them, then becomes friends with Lelouch again in second season with his pimp face in that episode that Lelouch introduces him as his Knight of Zero.
