After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

After hearing some points, I believe Suzaku didn't want to forgive Lelouch because he felt that if he began to, he would've thought Euphemia's death was meaningless. That was something he didn't want to give up; He would've lost all reason for atonment. It gave him the motivation to lash out on Lelouch for his sins. His feelings began shifting in R2 as situations got deadlier and the price got higher. He wanted blame Lelouch for such crimes each time he wasn't able to prevent anything.

To sum it up, Suzaku felt forgiving Lelouch would reverse his ideals, causing him to think he would've fought for nothing. He's disliked mostly because of naivety compared to Lelouch.

Hardly, the character of Suzaku was essential in Code Geass. We needed another embodiment of justice, one that paralleled Lelouch's take on it. Lelouch wasn't always right yet neither was Suzaku. Suzaku didn't allow for compromise but he was still compassionate when delivering his form of justice. They were both different characters, so different that they were the best of friends. Yet despite their differences and their different take on what justice really is, they wanted the same things. They wanted a peaceful world where everyone was equal. I didn't hate Suzaku, didn't dislike him and come to think of it, the only character I really hated was Charles...then again, considering the portrayal of Charles and how it was from Lelouch's POV, its hard not to dislike Charles.

Suzaku was an awesome character (like every other character in Geass), but he really wasn't that likable except at the ending of R2. But the fact that he is dislikable is not really due to his character so much as it is due to the POV. If the story was told from Suzaku's POV, Lelouch would garner much, much less sympathy.

Hate suzaku?
i did'nt mind his character in season 1 - he seemed like the honest likeable kinda guy to me - but after euphie's death, he underwent a rather large personality change....he morphed in to RAGEzaku D:

oh yeah, he also kinda betrayed lelouch to the emperor...and then stepped lelouch's face....ouch.

so yeah, season one suzaku = like
r2 suzaku = not so much

As much as I thought Suzaku was a great character in the beginning of the series, obviously, his goody boy attitude about following Britannia's rules/laws and his opposition against Zero made me slowly hate him.
Of course by the end of the series when he joins Lelouch again, I started him liking him again.
I guess I just like whoever is on Lelouch's side, just because Lelouch=Awesome. :D
I like all the characters of Code Geass, except for Schneizel, but that's probably cause he's the only one who could match Lelouch in terms of strategy.

Well, hatred, annoyed, that's the point i wanted to underline, Lulu and any other characters often gave reasons for the audience to feel annoy or upset, but i noticed, in all these characters that needed to be despite, everything or most of it went on susaku, which seems weird and still does, but many in this thread acknowledge that Susaku and Lelouch were both unique characters in their own aspects and that they were able to appreciate both of them as they should have instead of hating one side, don't get me wrong but, when something isn't black, it doesn't mean it must be white, when watching an anime, the best isn't from siding to one side, but understanding both, unless the manga-ka really wanted one to hate one side in particular

Suzaku is for people who like Lulu to hate, as we could see he killed Lulu, but in truth his a freaking justice fighter so i don't hate him. He love Euphy (which is killed by Lulu), and he did try to revenge her, but for the sake of the world, he didn't kill Lulu, even though Lulu is stupid enough as Lulu didn't explain what has happened(the part that he accidently issued a order to Euphy to massacre the Japanese), still Suzaku still helped him with his Zero Requim...so Suzaku is a holy guy

I guess it's just because he betrayed Lelouch, who the fans grew to love much earlier on in the anime. I'm one of the Suzaku haters, lol. He bugs the crap out of me because (besides the previously stated) he never seems to know what the heck he wants.

I use to hate suzaku...now I'm a bit 'eh' about him. He is essential to the plot but I'm a hard core Lulu fan and that at the beginning essentially for me meant totally wanting to wipe Suzaku off the face of the earth. But at least his character was believable in that he had room to grow but wasn't entirely malleable to the world around him.
