I´m not sure than Lelouch is dead. He is one of the most intelligent human being in earth, he planned every step of his Zero Requiem with exterme carefull and precision.
With that in mind, I think that he planned a way to survive his own plan. Maybe he is the one commanding the cart where CC is.
Who knows, maybe in a few years we have a new uprising of the Black Knights as we see in Gundam 00 with Celestial Being.

I think this had been discussed plenty, and its a matter of opinion really. There is no solid evidence that he is alive, or dead. It really is a matter of opinion, and I think we should leave it at that.

Well, as you can see Gino with Tianzi on a photo, it may be possible that he stayed in China. Schneizel has a Geass casted on. So, he has become a servant of Zero. In other words, he is at Nunnally's side or in Britannia. Milly is still a reporter and she may stay like that. Rivalz is still a student, so he still attends at the Ashford Academy. Nina may be still targeted because of F.L.E.I.J.A. So, she may ist still hiding herself within the Ashford Academy.

In addition to that, let us suggest that he is still alive, how should C.C., Jeremiah or Suzaku take his body and hide it somewhere in the public? There were a lot of people who have witnessed his death and would have noticed it if someone had tried to sneak Lelouch out of the place or if Lelouch had survived and stood up to run away.
I am sorry, but I cannot imagine it.

Yeah I know I'm sorry, I just did that out of reflex because you were the only one I really did discuss with until this point. But I still think all that can be discussed regarding the Season 2 ending have been brought up and thought through and been discussed. I'm blank of ideas. I don't know if this has been discussed but, What about C.C Crying in the church in the ending, Why is she crying, is it out of Joy, sadness or ?
I personally think she would be rather upset if Lelouch died, because he kinda were the only way for her to die (At that time) Now she has to start all "Over" with the Geass powers on somebody else.

I believe it was because of sadness. However, two explanations exist.
For those who believe that Lelouch is dead: C.C. knows that he is going to die, because he wants to atone his sins for casting Geass on people. We should not forget that everything has started with her, but Lelouch did not blame her for anything. With her time with Lelouch she has become more like a human. Maybe she has felt a little bit regret now for giving him Geass.
She may have said that she does not feel regret anymore to Lelouch, but maybe this case was the only exception.
For "Lelouch-is-alive" supporters: C.C. knows that Lelouch will become immortal and has to face the pain of being alive forever. He will not be able to escape from the life and has to stay in the world while the other people he loves die.

Well, I doubt that she wants to die now. She wanted to escape from life, because there was no reason for her to stay in the world. Maybe she was lonely. However, her memories of Lelouch has taken this feeling away and maybe she will live on to see the world Lelouch wants to create in his place.

Yes, this would be great. However, then a lot of aspects would disagree with which other with the original series. (for example: Darlton)

I think the Nunnally's Knightmare Ova would be good, but I would much much more see an Ova about after Lelouch died. You see 5 mins of it in the last episode, and it looks quite good, I really want to see more of that, about how they think of Lelouch (Obviously bad) and so on. That would be great, or so I think.
