Code Geass Season 2 ending...
I read in a certain blog about this.
Not sure if this guy got it right but he said that recent magazine said that C.C has changed her wish to watch over the world Lelouch has created instead of looking for more Geass-users-wanna-be to pass her immortality.
Oh well, another are then I'll be rolling my eyes down hill. If it's true, I shall wait for some conclusions of the viewers before actually tackling the thing, if it ever happens.
Ova or a movie will be a different story, though

Well, then this could explain why C.C. did let Lelouch die...
However, there is a possibility that it is wrong.
Lelouch really died. Otherwise the ending would be left useless.
C.C. left alone and was talking alone, like in any other ending where the main character dies. In X they talk to Kamui as well, and he is completely dead. Just to give an example.
Nobody received Lelouch's geass, he took it to the grave. He said that in that way people would sit on a dialogue table and not a strategic war table. I still don't know how did Nunnally saw Lelouch's memories but I don't mind.

OK a lot of people have been saying that Loulech acquired immortality by adopting his father's code. This is supposedly supported by Charles grabbing Loulech's neck in the World of C. However here's my question. How many times have Loulech and CC touched each other with nothing happening? I seriously doubt Charles' mere grabbing of Loulech was enough to transfer his code. Add on to the fact that the man is now disappearing because of his son. Why the heck would Charles want to hand over something so valuble now?

I agree with you, but I would still do not use the word "really". I mean, we do not have a real evidence that Lelouch has died or survived, because there was neither a scene of his grave or return.
I agree with you Kaia-chan. There is any evidence. The only thing we can do is to take this death as real or not. For me, it is real otherwise it wouldn't be so beautiful and symbolic then the end wouldn't have the same taste.

I'd guess no point arguing. We have to wait till the dvd release, maybe they would add some extra scenes that were removed.
Rumours said there's a special episode in the dvd release. Everyone calls it Episode 26: "Lelouch of the rebellion"
^woah im happy and at the same time a bit worried lol i hope they make it good ^-^ they haven't disappointed me yet ^^
It was a great ending. Lulu made a big sacrifice just to change the world although it was sad when he died (and Suzaku survived...). I really wish there's more extra scene in the dvd release. We still haven't got C.C's real name.
I think he got C.C's code or someone's code because when c.c and lelouch touched in the 1st season in the island (i don't remember exactly when) he saw c.c's memories, and c.c didn't let him see on purpose, she was weak in that moment or a strange thing happened in that moment... lelouch was weak too when nunnaly touched his hand... So lelouch became immortal, and faked his dead and nunnaly knew everything when she touched lelouch's hand... For me lelouch's still alive.
Lelouch is alive and well, he's also immortal! My reason for saying this is if Rolo and Nunnally could survive the flea attack, then I’m pretty sure that good old Lulu would definitely survive a mere stab through the chest. The immortal part, I believe he got that when he killed his father and what was left of his mother. I do not agree with the idea of Lelouch being dead because it wouldn’t make any sense to me.
Let’s face it, people are sheep and they will flock to whatever side that is more convenient for them. Jesus sacrificed himself for the good of humanity and look at how great that turned out! There’s just no way that Lulu would every really sacrifice himself for a better Britannia or world, its absolute rubbish, the guy is far too smart and intelligent to ever do a stupid thing like that.
And as far as being best friend with Susaka, that's crap give me a break, if Susaka was given the choice to sacrifice Lelouch's life in order to bring back Euphy, the guy would do it in a heartbeat so don’t kid yourselves. Lulu preformed a beautiful play of heroism and everyone bought it and are happy, finally the guy can live a peaceful life with C.C. by his side. It was a superb ending and I’m glad that they did it in a way where there is no more room for a possible R3. It’s OVER!

You're making connections that aren't there. Nunnally only survived because Schneizel arranged for her escape before the F.L.E.I.J.A. attack. Then he used a second shuttle to make it seem like she was killed in the blast. It was all a ploy. We never actually see Nunnally's body go up in flames thereby solidifying her death. We're just made to think she was killed. But Loulech is stabbed through the chest which we all do get to see. We see the stabbing on purpose so the audience can see Loulech is mortally wounded.KatelynLelouch is alive and well, he's also immortal! As for the immortal bit...There is absolutely no evidence that Loulech acquired anyone's code during that time. Pretty much the only time we get to see a code transfer even attempted is in episode 15 with CC and Emperor Charles and there was a great big light shining all around. But we do not see that in episode 21. So there's no proof that a code transfer ever took place.
Katelyn
well the writers did leave it up to our imaginations so i guess they didn't even really think about it hahaha
i disagree with your suzaku thing though (LOL trust me i like lulu more but hes loved everywhere i never have to defend him xD) because i don't think suzaku would kill lulu to bring him back... he might give him a good beating and be very sad/angry but if lulu were to explain the situation i am pretty sure he will forgive him no matter how hard it is... come on! the guy killed his own father as a mistake -_- he knows how it is like to make a mistake and do not think he will do something like that hes not that type of character...
as for lulu i would love it if he was alive but it just seems so unlikely that he can be alive... code transfer thing sure but how did that happen? code transfer can't just happen from touching... i mean CC and lulu touched many times but he never got her code... there has to be some kind of thing like ceremony or something right? O_o as for memory thing... the memories lulu saw with CC seems totally different from what nunally was seeing... it was all vague... BUT if lulu is alive and well i don't think he planned it from the start... i think he was really going to sacrifice himself but he got the code something unexpected so lulu and CC they can go on and live again xD
I'm sure Suzaku will never stab Lelouch to bring Euphy back. Just remember the scene when Suzaku meet Lelouch. He said that Lelouch had the same look than him, the look of people who take all the pain on them shoulders and want to be punished for a mistake they didn't want to do intentionnally. I think at that time, he understood a bit more Lelouch and what he was going through.
Think a little, do you believe if Suzaku didn't forgive Lelouch he would have be the Knight of Zero ? No, it is clear for me. Moreover why do you think Suzaku turn against Charles ? Because he knew that this man was the source of every suffer and it wasn't Lelouch finally.
