Hey guyz,im Jim and i come from Greece,i hope to get some help and progs to make my own walls some day,just to let you know,i know nothing about walls!I just really wanna know about em!I Hope some of you guyz can help me and gimme advice on what progs to use and how to make walls!

Hallo...welcome to AP!
about making wallpaper...most of us here use adobe photoshop.
first of all..you should find a good quality scan...( good quality means clear..not grainy and in high resolution. we don't use screen shots..if you wanna use it..u hav ta vector it first)
than..cut out the scan by using the poligonal lasso tool...and make it with the background you want.
if the scan is not in high quality..u should modify it...
making a wall need experience and experimentation!
by coming to AP..i'm sure it's a good place to start walling.
you can check out session zero for tutorial and resources.
just ask around if you need to know anyting about walling...most of us ( i mean people in AP) are friendly..and we can try our best to help ya..XD
