Hello people,im new in wallpaper making...
I need some advice on how to start...(i got Photoshop)
I wanted to start with fate/stay night but they get bad critics even the best...
So i want to try something cute...girls,cute...something...
Any suggestions on this?
I would apreciate any help...

You should get a scan that you like! Than you should choose one character and vector it! After this we can see what should be a good Background :)

Erm,i dont think i can vector,i cant even use the pen tool corectly yet...
But i saw vectoring i more time taking but sure thing...the bad thing is how i can get colors in a vectored image...

First look for a scan you like, then look around for tutorials and walls wich could provide you inspiration.
When you did that deceid if you still want to work with the same scan or take a new one.
After that just depent on your own creativity, it doesn't matter if it doesn't work out the first time.
Just lay around a bit and you'll learn.
Just choose a scan that is not to complete from itself so you can finish it yourself. Start with something clean and simple and try things out.
