This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

The minimum size to be accepted is 1024*768.
The face is too dark.

The blue text doesn't go with the wallpaper, I think. And the background seems too realistic (I know, it is realistic, that's why) for the main picture. Maybe you could overlay it or something? I'm not sure what teh affect would be, but try to experiment some more.

First of all, the wall is too small as someone already mentioned. Trash the bevel you put on the scan and same goes for the red stroke.
Her face is barely visible, and it's dark too.
Do another background, I suggest you find some tuts first. if you look in the Resource Pool group here at AP, you can find some tut sites.
The text on the top needs to go too.
