Usually I listen to "Scattered rain" from trigun ost, or "Beautiful morning with you" of The pillows, or "Kiri" by Monoral.

Well when i'm sad... hum...... i listen instrumental musics... like soundtracks of animes... for example "the raising fight spirit" of naruto or the ost's of orphen like "you're a sorceror", "otherworld" of final fantasy X, and so many others... the way to be happy when you're sad is listen some music that excites you, let you be energetic, happy, strong n_n.
