This wallpaper gives us a perfect example of how a simple manga scan can be turned into a beautiful vector. Not only did danalm trace the lineart, but he also added amazing details and a simple, yet wonderful background. Furthermore, the wallpaper shows us how the monochromatic style can make your work look really interesting.

I am not going to post mine. But why do you use a mother board fan which has a light on it? Does it look good?

I guess I'll bite.

Here's the olden days:

Old box on right, new case for it on left:

The new board, video card, memory, and raid controllers:

Kind of a nice setup I had going for a while:

Newest configuration I have a picture of:

My current desktop:

My current drives at a capacity of 6.30tb:

My system has evolved quite a bit over the years. I remember my first 4x250gb for 1tb, back in 2004, folks were like no way. 4 hard drives in one computer was pretty unheard of too. Now, I can reach 20 drives in my computer without an issue. Dual 28 and 30" lcd screens, from a 19" crt way back when. Oh well, hope you found some of it interesting.

Haha, so far these have been som pretty nice getups. It would seem the most popular scheme is black =q. Not that anyone would have a pink one, for example, in retrospect.

Mine's rather simple yet adequat for my needs. My case...honestly could be better but I'm not a big person for cases and the such (that's probably because it spends most of its time under my desk being kicked constantly by my feet xD). But I definitely like to have my upper area nice and presentable, matching, etc.

The laptop's not mine, but I was in need of many screens while I was working on this big project, so I stole it from my brother. Because I'm naturally lazy, I had to put motivational messages up there to keep myself on task.
The dual screen is mine though. It's a 22" widescreen with a 19" screen. 70GB on the local HD, and 750 on the external, plus I dump files on my family's computers over the network. The computer itself is not very powerful, so I can't play those HD videos very well yet. There's an old Gateway2000 computer under my desk right now from '97. It's huge, slow, and it's got a whopping 8GB on the HD. It's fun laughing at how quickly we've advanced, but it's quite amusing and nostalgic when I boot it up every couple of months.
