Quote button not working properly

Whenever I want to quote someone else's post by clicking the Quote button of that certain someone's post, all it does is take me down to the Reply box, and if I have any text there, have it blink once. Current browser is FireFox.

If I remember correctly this is already a known issue.
You can also quote someones else post by typing this:
[quote] ...[/quot] (I left the "e" on the last quote or else it will be shown as quoting field and it wouldn't help you)

If you want the quote an user you can also add =username after the quote in the first bracket.
Wait for the page to load completely before pressing quote.

@angel-voice & zelda4569: bbCode is not related to the issue at hand.
@hatesyou: Pages are always loaded completely.
The reason I bring this up is because I've seen many people use quotes, and I found it weird that they would go all the way to copy/paste and use bbCode to do so.

You'll need to give specifics on versions of software and so forth. I use it without trouble.
