Since the background is blue and whitish, i dont think blue for the font was the best color. It's a little hard to see cuz it kinda camouflauges. i suggest a navy blue?
I like the wallpaper but I agree that the font needs a bit work. If you darken it up a bit or add some kind of effect that will match the feel of the wallpaper it will stand out more and look alot better.
I also suggest somehow adding a sort of haze to the image to make it look like she is a part of the clouds and not just a flat image in front of them.

I agree with daisukisama. I like the blue, but maybe a darker blue in the bg with maybe a gradient/fade effect. Also, for some reason I don't like the text. Maybe lighten it and add a glow, but thats up to you. The screen also looks like it's just placed on the background, maybe you could add some clouds over her feet to make it seem like she's actually in the air. Nice start though! GL

The sky is too blue...try to add some lighting effects... I suggest soft sunrays coming from the sky is nice... also to enhance this wallpaper... try to apply some soft texture on it...(maybe just use clouds filter in photoshop on new layer then use overlay layer or something similar... soft light layer worked nice too...)
