Well, i have to say that i love the villains, they're so dark, evil it makes me like them so much! And I want to know if there's more people here that like the villains too! (Sometimes i prefer the villain than the main character!!) I almost forgot, it has to be an "anime" villain, ok.

Freeza, he was so ruthless and he pushed goku to his limits, I remember the first time I saw dragon ball I thought freeza was invincible, the guy had no weak points, he was defeated because toriama introduced the super saiyan transformation.

Cell from Dragon Ball Z...i like this guy because he has so much power and almost destroyed the whole earth(if it weren't for Goku:P) and got gohan to his limits...i think he is the most powerful villian on the whole series(even more of Majin Boo) because he was capable of use Goku and friends attack, and the most people he sucked, the powerful he get....Cell Rules!

Ooo!! I Not sure! But if Final Fantasy were ever an anime (Which seven is so good! yay!) Then I would say Sephiroth was the ulitmate bad guy! And he is...really really is.

Sephiroth from Advent Children. He is the coolest villain in my opinion. Gilgamesh from Fate/Stay Night is also one awesome villain.

Creed Diskenth from Black Cat, the way he obsesses over Train to the extent he goes insane if anything or anyone gets in the way of anything between them. He even built a life like statue of him which was quite freaky.

Itachi has 2 b my fav villain from Naruto. He's kool cos he's dark and mysterious with excellent skills and the way that he fights and kills with no emotion and reaction at all. Another character that i love is Sephiroth wit the same reasons.
