bye bro! Fatal Frame Series
Are there any fellow fans out there?! I've been hyped about these games ever since the very first one hit the shelf. Now, once again I'm waiting for the release of a sequel. ^.^ I was just pondering whether or not there was very man fans like myself here.
Oh i love fatal frame! i'm excited for the third one as well! it's so scary when you play alone in the dark, things pop out of nowhere! and the character designs a beautiful as well, i love it!

XD Yeah, I always play it in a group of four and I still get the crap scared out of me. The third one is supposed to be similar in game-play to the first one. Apparently you have something called Tattoo Candles now as well, and if the flame goes out, or the candle melts away, the screen goes monotone and Reika (topless tattooed women) starts to track you down.

how is the 1st one different from the second one?? i thot it was the same basic gameplay....i havent played the 1st one....so i wouldnt know.....anyways....ya i love the series....i cant wait for the third one....i usually play wit a bunch of people....and we're all close and scared...and if one of us jumps it makes the rest of us jump...its quite funny...

I have the first one and the second one...dunno if I'm gonna get the third one because I haven't beaten 1 and 2...too scared to play lol

I tried part 3,but I only got the japanese version so I have to borrow a US version. I find it spooky thats why its cool ^^
Damn i live in aust so i have to w8 for the PAL version which always takes ages to get released coz europe gets it first, and europe gets it after america...... so ages.... ><

I played FF2 crimson butterfly but it didn't fall to my tastes.
The battle mechanics are just to cumbersome for me.
The question is when the terror genré will get revolutionized like when Silent Hill came.
Maybe then I will be able to get scared by a game again.

I'm halfway through the second game atm, I'm really enjoying it. The concept is cool and the enivroments/atmosphere are top notch. I'm hoping to find the first one somewhere and I'm looking foward to the third one as well.
The first one is pretty rare... I had to get it off ebay, and even then I paid too much for it. And the boss guy near the end of FF2 is almost impossible. If your hit by him at all you die... even with a crystal mirror... and if you don't get at least a capyure moment on him then he will dissapear coming back with full health. Very aggrivating... but I am still looking forward to the third one hehe.

Everything about this series is really sweet. It is probably one of the best horror survival games to hit the market in a long time! Very long!! I can't wait to see the third one!
