This wallpaper gives us a perfect example of how a simple manga scan can be turned into a beautiful vector. Not only did danalm trace the lineart, but he also added amazing details and a simple, yet wonderful background. Furthermore, the wallpaper shows us how the monochromatic style can make your work look really interesting.

I wouldn't say that anime changes my lifestyle so to speak, but I have been (heavily) influenced by it.

I'm pretty sure it's normal, but whenever someone's eating in an anime I have an urge to have ramen.

I tried learning go after reading/watching Hikaru no Go, and I'd like to try shugo soon after seeing on a variety of anime.

After watching Whisper of the Heart I wanted to write my own story, and for some reason, it didn't seem right unless I wrote it in a notebook.

Death Note made me get a sudden interest in criminals. I even started to watch some of the crime-dramas on TV.

The only things that have changed my lifestyle, although I'm not sure by how much, was Tokyo Babylon (manga) and Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu. Tokyo Babylon made me seriously think about my actions. Suzumiya made me wonder about the world and people's influence on it.

Anime can change you if you allow it to.

No, it really hasen't affected my life style i watch it more for it's technical elements than anything else and for entertainment but it definitely brings up a lot of thoughts in my mind thats for sure.. it's true that i do think about the anime itself and the characters and all but all it ever really influences is my thinking of the show, or brings up questions. but it never directly influenced me as a person or my lifestyle.

Its definitely changed me, but I don't know exactly how. I kinda feel more creative and knowledgable about life, (note I said feel only) and it's changed my sense of music. I listen to completely Jpop, or chinese songs even though I'm english first language.

Yeah of course. Before I watch anime, my life is so ordinary and very girly (it gives me somekind of creep when I think of it), but now it became much more interesting with my wild imagination (which somehow kinda off#(c_c)# emoticon ). And my way of thinking somehow also changed, such as not wanting to make others in trouble because of me.

Not really. I still go to school and still do the same thing before i watch anime. the only exceptions is that I had to cut my sleep time to accommodate the time needed to watch anime.

(o_o) emoticon let's see now, of course there is impacts that greatly move my lifestyle to a different level, guess all have their shares. and since it has been part of my life, it seems pretty important too..

not to be ridiculous though, it affects in small ways and some cases, gives pretty good insights. when it comes to that, animes are more than just entertainment (n_n)-b emoticon

I think the changes in my life style are obvious XD. The most common change is the japanese expressions and physical manners of japanese people and animes. For example, you just cant's stop saying: URUSAI! when speaking to a friend, or hai! or Matte!! stuffs like that. |(n_n)| emoticon

Other than becomeing obsessive with a character? LOL nah, anime hasn't really changed my lifestyle that much, it's just entertainment, like music and movies are. Well actually now that I've thought about it, if it wasn't for anime, I wouldn't have joined anime forums and therefore wouldn't have start gfx and making my own signatures and stuff. So maybe hobby wise it has, but nothing to drastic (~_~) emoticon

Now i can actually speak (Yeah, i know my english s*) 4 langues (Yeah, i saw some anime in english, i learned english, i saw in japs, i learned japs, i saw french*, i learned french*...) [The other is my native langue]

*I liked the way they talked, so i become intersted, and then i started learning by my self...
