This wallpaper gives us a perfect example of how a simple manga scan can be turned into a beautiful vector. Not only did danalm trace the lineart, but he also added amazing details and a simple, yet wonderful background. Furthermore, the wallpaper shows us how the monochromatic style can make your work look really interesting.

Well i don't know if my lifestyle has changed but it did change the way i think about something. you kinda see some things in a different perspective, the things that you think about, your sense of creativity, your interests and everything. However i do spend most of my free time (and money) with anime.

Well... i guess it changed some parts of my life... i mean i definitely steal jokes from them soemtiems and if its like a meaningful anime like Honey and Clover I steal their awesome lines and use it as my own XP

My lifestyle is not changed a little bit after i watched anime because i am able to manage my time well. Eventhough i watch many anime, i still can do my daily routines so i think it depends on every person's will to live their life to the fullest

Don't change my lifestyle at all. Just give me a little change to my way of thinking. When I started to watch serious anime, my way of thinking changed. I started not to think every simple thing is as simple as they are. Now, I think more seriously about everything. I wish I'm as smart as L<3 emoticon .

Oh gosh, i guess it pretty much changed how i talk and think.

i have naturally incorporated words like,

"a-re" :: to replace "what's going on? huh?"

"ano..." :: for "what the....?"

"so ka..." :: for "i see"

and i can easily converse with the japanese students in Uni. everyone thinks it was b'cos i took japanese lessons. well, yes, that was partly the reason, but the ongoing exposure to anime for.. wot.. more than a decade can do things to u.

i'm also more sentimental, due to the great amount of fantastic anime soundtracks and songs from wonderful composers and singers.

It probably hasn't changed my lifestyle greatly except the fact that I watch it. I'm a real anime fan and watch alot of anime (but not one of those watch 20eps a day kinda fan I'm afraid to say) and can get really into anime.
It's mostly changed the way I think alot, and something to mention is how its shown me whats really stupid or annoying (eg the guy in Ah My Goddess is so irritating sometimes) and how I should never act like this. (lol)
I guess its also planted many ideas and such for my creative side, but at the moment its not of much use so er whatevers lol.

I gained an appreciation (okay, love) for Japanese culture after discovering their animation. Especially their history. I haven't changed my eating habits or anything, but getting into a series will help keep me somewhat sane, and give me "somewhere to go." So it's had an affect on my life that way. They inspire me greatly, as well, and that comes through in the things I create.

When it comes down to it, actually, it's made me much more open-minded than I was before.

My opinion is that it depends on which animates we are speaking since there are very empty ones that really is for spending the time but there are others are all the clear opposite with this I do not mean that they teach to you to live or something thus although either does not have to discredit them by the simple fact that are cartoons because majority thinks are toons for children clear that they do not know that to the stories created to say things that in their time had taken like blasphemies and all that that says that the stories are for children this very mistaken history demonstrates it.

The anime is not a form to learn of the life if it is another form to see it and to consider those small details that make the life great of one. To see anime and manga as entertainment is something good, but aside from seeing it we observed it and we much more took those things that some we have lived and we applied it in other forms in our life, serious that to see and to observe, that serious one to learn.

well, for me watching anime is one of the things that I enjoy the most, and of course that affects my activities, for example, I learn the moves of the characters, and his or her expressions, for example I love the evil laugh from the antagonist girls in Anime, so, sometimes I laugh like that... very weird I have to say

I don't think so. I started spending alot more money thats for sure <--once spent over $200 at an anime on anime stuff. Other than that and looking into learning japanese nothing has really changed. Note to self, try green tea.

I think I change more. I try to shape my life after some of the characters and I even remember quotes to live by. My clothing style changes slightly and other physical appearances like some of my piecrings and hair. I spend as much money as possible on anime and manga. WAtching anime has also increased my desire to visit Japan.

Hi everyone,
I started to watch animes at the age of 7 and now i am 17, and still do. It is like a routine for me. I don't know if my lifestyle changed because of animes. but it is true that i eat mostly with chopsticks and drink tea japanese or chinese tea everyday. But my friends told me sometimes i do act like in animes, so i kind of think that people who watched animes tend to change their behaviour and lifestyle. ^^
