This wallpaper gives us a perfect example of how a simple manga scan can be turned into a beautiful vector. Not only did danalm trace the lineart, but he also added amazing details and a simple, yet wonderful background. Furthermore, the wallpaper shows us how the monochromatic style can make your work look really interesting.

Anime usually just gives me an idea of other people's perspective of life, like how people live and how people cope and we can relate to those situations to real life ones. for example, in the anime gundam SEED/destiny, we learn how people suffer/cope with war and no matter how horrible the circumstances, love always wins over and everyone will eventually get through all the pain.

Definitely...didn't really have a real interest until anime...played 10 different sports and was to shy to really play them, anime is the perfect hobby...get to act crazy and feel all kinds of emotions...different animes can make ya feel different ways every day...like watching evangelion you might say: my god this is depressing, what the heck point is there in going to school...or watching suzumiya haruhi: life is an adventure right!? or One Piece, Naruto: power of dreams...or go crazy with pani poni dash or cool with samurai champloo...DO YO THING!

Eh... anime hasnt changed the things i do. at most, it has changed the way that i view life and the choices that i make. anime shows usually have good morals and life lessons. i guess being japanese-american, anime doesnt affect my lifestyle so much.

Yes..in a way it did. Now i behave a lot like anime characters...from the way that i dress, the way that i react, the small actions that i did sub-consciously...in fact now some times when i speak i will insert Japaneses words into my conversations...my mother even once ask me if i want to live in a teleV! lol...

It does for me, compared to when I didn't watch anime.

Recently, after getting hooked on Bleach, I find that I have been spending most of my time, sat watching the episodes back to back just so I can catch up to where other people are.

Its like that with all the anime series I watch where I find I can't just watch the odd one or two episodes on DVD's because I get caught up in watching it and can't wait too long to see the next episode.

Yes. My language especially. Before it was standard hypercaffeinated English. Now it's HPCF Eng with a bit of Rika-chan thrown in... my friend once caught me saying 'Nii-pah!'... also Deidara's 'hmmm' has set in... mm. (ack, I've done it again!)

Plus since I'm taking Nihongo this summer half the conversations around the house are in fragmented Japanese.

mmm. Weird. The only thing that hasn't changed is me being hypercaffeinated.

Yes, anime has a great impact and influence in my life. After or when watching anime, I feel motivated and inspired! Sometimes you want to become like your favorite anime character, basically anime molds you to be a better person.

Anime brightens up my day!

Well, it depends...if i enjoyed the show, i pick up some of the character's habits, and POVs

also, after completing the whole series, it makes me more happy than before, and sometimes also more knowledgeable -_-;

It don't really change me...I just watch it....

ok maybe a bit......or alot
er....

let's see...for exmaple...
you know how japanese people add a word after they say something then I started doing tat...and people think I'm weird >.>

and they I started to speak in japanese often...maybe because I heard too much...........................but luckily my friend does that too..........so we can actually communicate and dont think each other's weird ^^

and then I'm addicted...all my imagination has to do with anime...violence...bloody...people dying...soul...and whatever anime I'm watchin at the moment....

before I started anime..I barely play computer or watch TV! I'm like a nicy nicy student x.x now I'm very addicted, but I'm happt with that^^ and then I get to meet more people on enternet...and then I got a new hobby! Draw anime! Before I started anime my drawings sucked like cr@p the character's are like......huge heads, skinny hands and legs...weird people I don't even know what I'm doing!

then I got inspirations from anime and draw better^^

then my parents don't like me being so addicted...but I don't really care :P

Anime changes everyone's lifestyle...it makes everyone lazy, fat, lose their vision and become near-sighted, makes their grades go down...so yea anime does change everyone's lifestyle in a negative way unless you can totally control yourself like one episode a week and never think bout that episode ever again for the rest of the week...but thats hard so yea...but you can usually get your mind off of anime just by hanging out with your friends

In summary:

ToO much anime = a failure at life >_>

But anime is awesome if its good...

I have always been like a hikikomori, even before starting to watch anime so my answer is no. But lately i have become a NEET(not in employee, education and training) and stopped watching anime, well just watching less.

When i finish watching an anime i get dpreesessed depending on the end computer like now (downloading animes, mangas, etc). My way of thinking, imaginate and even attitude changed a bit since then. Y'know, little acts such as drinking green tea(just an example, cuz I already drank it b4 I even got to know animes and stuff). Though, I did not became poorer, or I just think so o_o; Actually, it's because of the animes that I started taking English seriously, writing, singing and acting. Of course, I wish I could push away some habits inherited from them...^^;obby over the past decade, it has not changed my life style really. I take that back, it's changed in terms of I'm always broke lol. Seriously though, it really hasn't. I always liked tea and learning more about other cultures. My passion is cooking, especially cuisine from around the world, so I already had tried Japanese food. The only change it's made for me is I got interested in Sake' due to anime. I love to drink as well as cook but I had never tried Sake' before. I wouldn't call that a lifestyle change though. Just a Friday night drinking change with friends heh. Start with some good microbrews and then out comes my Sake' set. I actually have 2, one for spring/summer and one for fall/winter. Good times.
