Heard about this show but what is it really about? Is it a good show, bad show? Please tell me your opinion about this anime show and is it good? Feel free to tell me your opinion about this anime show. I still don't get what this anime show is about but some people said it is good. Is there any good romance, good part, any comedy, and or whatever . So tell me your opinion about this anime show.

Well, to me it was a so~so show. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't very very good either.

Usually, the birth of heirs would be a joy to any kingdom. But at the time of the birth of the royal twins, it was prophesized that if the girl child reaches her 16th birthday, she would be the cause of the destruction of the world. Out of fear of the prophesy, it was decided that she should not be allowed to live and the little child was cast off the highest cliff to a certain death.

Pacifica, the child of whom the prophesy spoke, is now 15 years old and traveling with her adoptive brother and sister who are dedicated to protect her. Chased by various forces dedicated to see that the sentence of death is carried out, Pacifica is compelled to hide her identify and to rely on the strength of her brother`s sword and the mastery of her sister`s sorcery to stay alive.

With an army of warriors, sorcerers, and the might of the church all dedicated to her death, will the assistance of brother and sister be enough, or will Pacifica have to call forth the power to save herself and fulfill her destiny as it was told in the prophesy?

It's a fantasy anime with some comedy and drama parts, but not really romance and stuff. If you like fantasy - you should watch it. I'm not quite into such fantasy stuff (record of lodoss war or vision of escaflowne T.T) but I enjoyed it nevertheless.

It was an okay show, not really a fan of the genre. But OH do I love Fulle! Sorry off-topic. If your into fantasy anime, then you might like this one. As I said, it's not my cup of tea, but I still enjoyed it.

Hmm, for me this is a good anime, the story is interesting me to finished it to the end. if you want some good romance, i don't think you'll got alot in this series, the comedy is good enough to make you laugh (i think), also the battle and the action is great, but more i like (and hope you like too ^^) is the storyline. well maybe you should try this (if you really like fantasy, i bet you'll like this too ^^)

Its a prity good show but is got som really dry bits, and not enuf background story, but its well worth watching.

The anime series was OK for me. There was some good bits and bits where i almost drifted off to sleep. Some of the good bits were the humour, battles(mostly at the beginning and the end) and the events the 3 main characters encounter. The bad bit i have to say was the storyline. Parts of the storyline along the episodes got confusing and boring so i had to watch some of the episodes again to get it. Even though i get the storyline now, it wasn't set out very well but hey thats my opinion.
Out of 10 i will give it a 6

I actually enjoyed Scrapped Princess very much. The fact that it contains "Princess" in the title that made me have a low expectation of the series then caught me off guard with a solid storyline and cast of good characters. Scrapped Princess came out during the first season of Naruto and Wolf's Rain and it stood out regardless. The storyline isn't confusing at all if you don't skip any episodes. Actually, they explain everything to you, EVERYTHING. Compared to series like Evangelion or Ghost in the Shell, it doesn't require that much thinking. If anything, the semi-complexity of the storyline should add pluses, making it interesting in contrast to boring, done before storylines. I thought having twists in a plot was a good thing in animes? The series does a good job of setting serious tones and giving the much welcomed comic reliefs. It's definitely well worth checking out, especially if you're out of animes to watch.

Yeah, I've watch it. The cutests is Raquel, yeah, I like her a lot better than Pacifica, but she's cute too, but Raquel is the best for me. I like the song a lot and about the story, I like it too. I like Adventure genre for Anime and manga, eventhough it's anime for girls, but I'll watch it like ARIA and the other. Yeah, I like Scrapped Princess a lot!

Wow, you should definitely check this show out, it is possibility one of the best short animes out there (24 eps).

The characters development is pretty good considering the number of episodes there are. The show has romance, comedy and action elements, so its a pretty big people pleaser.

My favorite part of the show is when Pacifica the main character looses her memory and falls in love for the first time! I dont want to give away anymore though because you should check it out.

Yeah, i love Scrapped Princess. In Australia we're only up to disk four, but I've seen the entire series on Japanese, and it's awesome! the characters are funny and well defined and they have great Voice Actors.

A basic overview is that Pacifica is a princess who was destined to destroy the world, and to stop this from happening, her father the king ordered her death. her mother couldn't bring herself to kill her, so she fostered her out to one of the Sorcerers and her family. Now, as her sixteenth birthday approaches, Pacifica relys on her foster brother and sister, Shannon and Raquel, and a bumbling Knight called Leo, to keep her alive.

It's awesome, and the ending is actually really good, and not a total let down. You should definately go out and get it!

Yeah i've seen it in japanese, its not too bad, worth watching. most of it is pretty good, but there a little bits that get boring,but yeah, it made me cry in someof the bits! i'd give it 4stars out of 5!

I think the anime great.Theres action,little romance and its pretty funny.

I liked it at first but is it just me or what but I think it's getting boring as the story progresses. Still it's a great show to watch and because there aren't that many eps like some other anime. A little romance and comedy I think

I don't like it very much... the storyline is ok but nothing special. girl born in to world, prophet said girl would destroy world, people want to kill girl. Its got some humor, not really comedy. It was boring to start off (i think) then it got a bit interesting but i wouldn't really watch it given the choice

Its an awesome show, just loved it, especially Raquel, she was just on fire.
Anyways, it was really about this girl (not Raquel, aw too bad), who was born and was believed to be the bringer of the apocalypse to the world on her sixteenth birthday. So she was supposed to be killed, but she was saved by someone, i can't remember who, but its not really important anyways. So this apocalypse girl, the scrapped princess, since she was given birth by the queen, and she was tossed away or scrapped! And so, she travels around at age 15 with her foster brother and sister (Raquel, yeah hot). Anyways, so it was rumoured that she survived and now people all over are trying to find her and kill her before she turns 16 and releases the apocalypse. Some people managed to find her, and learned that the scrapped princess was a sweet girl, and they just couldn't kill a sweet little teenage girl, while other tried to kill her, but her magical and foster brother and sister protected her from those guys. Anyways, eventually she turns 16 and the apocalypse wasn't brought upon the world.
apparently is was just a rumor spread by these "high" beings who would die if the scrapped princess turned 16, and it actually turned out that they did, but they were "evil" beings anyways if you ask me.
so yeah no apocalypse, and a happy forever ending, as far as i can recall.
