anyywa ot the point, the reason for rejection was it did not meet quality standard.
well i did the effect on the scan on purpose and to me it dosent look less quality
and i have no idea how i can improve this..so yeh help me out please ^_^

I like this picture. I think it's kinda cool, but I think the characters are too hard to see because they are almost like a background . You should make the character more distinguished and then your picture might be better. Just my opinion. I don't know what people would think, but I hope my idea might help you.
Hhhmmm..for me, I don't really like the way you put the effect on your scan there or character...maybe return that to the original may do.then how about putting some texture there and some parts of the left side is quite empty...well..that's all I can say...good lcuk on that!

The character images needs to be more detail than just a plain colour. Draw the arms, the clothers and the outline of the bodies. Theres bits and pieces where the colours just scatter off for example the colour spot between the feathers and the hair.

maybe if you got rid of the squaure on the peoples faces and maybe if you made the people darker it could work, but thats just a sugestion^_~
