Okay,here is my comment......
I like the cat,just that it's missing its own tail.
Then,your character is not bad,I can see you put lots of effort to it.
I like the eyes you drew.^_^
Try improve on the body especially when your character is in chibi form.
And also your hand,that's okay but too short.
Overall,I can say that it is a nice job. :D
