Hello all. My name is Matt and I am new to AnimePaper. I havent submitted anything yet, but really enjoy the work that everyone else has done. In fact, I have a couple of them downloaded to use as my screensaver/wallpaper.

I am 22 years old and live in Nebrasaka. I have graduated with a computer programming degree, but have various skills such as computer repair, photoshop, etc.

I started getting into anime and manga when I got my first taste of viewing of Ruruoni Kenshin on TV back when I lived in North Dakota. Shortly after that I moved down to Nebraska to a small town of 1000 people. I made a few friends and found out that a few of them watched anime. Unfortunately though, very few would admit it because most of our classmates thought anime was just cartoons and manga was pornographic. But oh well, I live close enough to Nebraskas two largest cities to really care much. Thank goodness for the liberalness of college. I actually met my current GF in the graphic novel at barnes and noble, so it was a match made in heaven.

I look forward to checking back now and then to see what new scans and wallpapers are submitted once in a while. Hopefully after I have found a nother job, I will be able to work towards submitting some of my own work (though its not really good though.)

Hey, thats a great story. People should never be embarrassed about loving anime or manga. Look how large of a community there is. :) I'll be looking forward to seeing your art posted here. I got my first wallpaper up yesterday, very exciting. Working on my next one as well. Glad to see you found your way to AP Matt. Its an awesome site with awesome people.
