to the point.. actualy i want to download those 30 papers of hoihoi-san manga by tsukushi-chan, and then it saying that i don't have enough papers. so here i'm trying to achive some point (uh.. paper).

well it's realy beat me.. i thou that 30 papers mean that this manga is 30 page long.. but actualy it cost 30 paper for its 1 page of its front cover... but i think i'll try posting someting.. so why not!?

its realy tiring to read all those faq, (quick help is not helping at all) well i'm not sleeping last night due to this matlab project (yeah, new year's project >.<), so i just read trough those faq (with a lot of scroll..)

QUESTION!! (any help or responses is welcome ^_^)

1. i made this 'dizzy' wallpaper (its waaay back those years.. around guilty gear XX era), i'm not thinking 'bout posting it somewhere (personal use only) so it's res is 800x600 can i just resize it?
well i have its raw material from print-screening the game (which is 800x600 res), is this considered original? i'm talking 'bout the print-screening part... (well i can draw-hand it, but that's not the question..)

2. i can made animated gif too, can it be considered as submit's token? if it's acceptable.. what's the specs? (res, color-depth, file size, etc). btw.. can i upload an animated gif avatar? (what is this site abuse thing about?)

3. for tsukushi-chan: can i have you e-mailed me those hoihoi-san manga scans (not just the cover). thanks before.. realy appreciated it!!

Now Let's explain them.

1.I guess AP is not a place designed to store your personal stuff; it's a personal fan site so its bandwidth and space are very limited. But if you want to upload some wall for your personal use, upload it at http://imageshack.us/ It's really easy to use.

Resize an image from small to big only can make it much more dizzy, I guess this is very cleared explained in FAQ.

2. gif is not allowed in avatar. I'm sure extractly why but clearly. It may cost more bandwidth and make the site slower. Anyway, it's the rule here 0_0 And as I said AP is not a image stock, it's a place to design your own wallpapers.. so I guess there's no place to upload your gif. STILL, you can upload it at http://imageshack.us/ , and link it to your Signature, userpage and so on! (but not the AVATAR - -)

3. you don't just keep downloading here. Any download costs bandwidth and that's money! To get something you have to pay for it. the way to pay it here it's using Papers. I think it's explained super clear in FAQ.

I agree with Delacour! ( I think i've seen some animated gifs for their signatures or is it flash but not really sure. you should check with the mods. ) and nice meet you.! : )

i'm not planing on using AP for personal storing place, in fact i already have an acount at photobucket.

so i can't use animated gif for avatar, even if it's a link to other image-stock site.
say, you never see an animated gif wallpaper before?
i'm starting to use this concept on early 2006.(nevermind..)

actualy there's no saying about geting material capturing from game (or anime) in faq.
do i need to get aproval for material i'm using? (is mods reading this?)

correct me if im wrong:
basicly we made our wallpaper from material in scans galery (which is not even mine)
then extract the char or whatever from that scans to be used in our walpaper,
create our own background, then put them all together, balancing here and there,
and then give a signature, then give session zero a go..

i'm starting to feel that this is not my place.. there's so many rule here,
while for me art comes from heart, it's when you see the artist heart in his work..
you'll see a depressed result if i make something while tainted with those rules.
well, think i'll post my wallpaper if somehow it's appear to meet the requirement here..
