Not bad. you should try to blend the small kon in a bit more and since it is a vector I think you should make it to a bigger resolution like 1600X1200 so more people can use it.
Also Make the text suit the background a bit more blend it in some more so it looks natural.

you should put your sign a little more down... at the bottom of the wall...
about the two text... maybe the styles are too different.. i like more the text you put at the bottom...
I'm not sure about the KON text... there is something i don't like about it...

I think the text KON and the kanji should be upper... Now it's a little annoying when the text comes on top of the pictures. Maybe the KON text should be leave where it is, but try to move the kanji little upper and see how it looks like :)
Firstly, I suggest moving the kanji under the nose instead of having it over. In fact, it might look nice if it came down vertically on the side of "K". I suggest changing the font of the text under Kon to a more elegant one like Garamond, something that looks like the font on the kanji.
Maybe you could also tweak the colors on your vector so both Kons have the same skin color? I'm sorry if it's actually the same. ^^" *Bad eyes*

Ok. I've fixed my signature
Made both texts the same style
Moved the japanese text to the left and made it vertical
Made Kon a eensy weensy bit bigger
and gave the two vectors the same skin colors
I'll try to go for a more elegant lookin text like you suggested Fuu to see what it looks like
If anyone else has any ideas on what can be added to make it look cooler please post.
PS: also if you don't like what the text says, please give me some suggestions

Some suggestion.. I think you should move this things all together more up... the left scan and the texts
the reason of this!!... well.. i think that when you use the wallpaper... the "the worlds greatest hero" text will be partly hidden behind the windows task bar...
i love the chinnesse text placed there...
I just would like to see another style only for the KON text.. maybe one similar style but with less lines in it..

Maybe it'd be interesting if you tried used a solid font for "Kon" with the color being orange - a sort of Kon-y orange. That might help put the piece together a little more... Just a thought! :)

The right side of the wall is too impressive so the left side becomes hard to deal with. I don't understand the "开新行" part at all, what does it suppose to mean here? (maybe my knowledge of bleach is too limited, sorry about this foolish question. ) 0_0 and the font for it is not very impressive.

I like the text. The text fits in pretty well and your vectors are nice. Maybe add some shapes on the dark side or something at the bottom. It's coming along smoothly and I'm not sure what else you could add. I'm guessing something Bleach related as the best choice. The Japanese text looks fine. Good luck man.
I like it I think its good, really cute.
I definitely like the new color for "Kon". I still think that the font on the bottom should be simpler, especially because it's smaller, and too much detail makes it look a little messy. I guess the wall's pretty much all done now... good luck!
