The scan looks a bit blurry or you probably worked a bit too much with the smart blur tool...
I'm not sure the glowing effect on the snow flakes is really nice but everybody has his own style ^_^
The font is not really suiting the kind of sweet wall you're getting into.
The brown and pink are working together but it's really not a combination I like... But that's just me! :D
Some space look a bit empty compare to the rest... Try to balance a bit more your wall.
But except those few points for me it's pretty nice...

i agree with zazou8888 ... the scan is blurry... better fix that...
about the background... you should add some more stuff like brushes and some background colors... cause it fells a little empty right now...
also... you need to blend more that snow flakes... like the one on her leg... is too dark.. make it more transparent cause it's tooo hard and strong... try blurring the edges too.. but not to much.. just a bit...

first, i think you already noticed the soft outer glow only works when its bg is white. that's why there are two brown ones don't have the effect. so i think if you don't apply a outlow to the one on her leg, that might be nicer.
Secondly, don't know why the pink stroke for text "YUKI" is Transparent while anything other is not. But I'm not sure about this, it might just look better in this way?

ps: people reply "plain" to every wall they see white space today, even a featured A* wall; a simple full-bg scan clean out is always getting better comments than some really design with color and shapes. right, we came to Session Zero to seek comments for improvement, but sometime keeping your only style and believe is more important to a designer.

REALLY blurry. And the bg's plain. I see you only use some brushworks here and that's really not enough. And i don't quite agree with the font too. Maybe you can change it? Curly fonts will do, i guess.

The scan and the background is no suitable each other..I think the snowflakes it out of place there...try vectoring the scan there..I htink it would be great and also adding texture may do..then change also the fonts..well..good luck to that wall!

Anyways, I suggest something in the white background, and some other things on the wallpaper instead of just the snowflake. I'm not totally against it, but I don't really think it really fits the scan.

I have the same feeling that Delacour for the simple backgrounds with no brushes... I MISS THEM!!
Simple doesn't mean boring! People should know about it...
But anyway your is simple but you really have some totally blank space you need to fill and if I where you I would rework a little bit on the watching of the colors cause I'm not sure about that... But my taste is mine not your! :)
Don't forget to find a way to fix the text...
