My sister said this is true and people get nosebleeds when they get horny. I don't think so. Anyway, in anime's it's just the guys right? Anyway, I hate it cause my nose bleeds a lot and I'm a girl and no I'm not horny but she seems to always make fun of me for it? What do you think about nosebleeds and can a girl get it from being horny?

You know, i'm a man and when i was younger my nose was so fragile; i can make him bleed only by forcing a little. My nose was always bleeding and it was annoying but now, i grow up and it's ok. Everything is gone away.

Yeah... i got to doing some research just now. (my nose was bleeding in the shower just now) anyway, i was thinking---- what if the japanese are right in saying it bleeds because of immense blood pressures down there? i dunno...
also, yeah me too. my nose used to be really fragile when young but now it's not really anymore-- it used to bleed when too hot or dry outside but the weather is fine now. ^^U

oh no. i know exactly what you mean i just meant that anime uses "metaphoric" almost representation of blood rushing to the nose instead of.... well, the pants, i'll say.

The fantastic amount of blood in some anime/manga can also be a symbolic ejaculation, a little joke as if to say that the guy is ejaculating but he's not. It can also be symbolic of blood explosively filling his other "head". The sexual suggestion literally gets the blood boiling over the edge of the pot, in a manner of speaking. Someone once mentioned that its is a lot like how a bit of that kid's hair springs up in Little Rascals when the girl kisses him, as if... well... you know.

<shakes head> in anime they just use the nosebleed as an accent for the mood. I have only heard of someone who gets nosebleeds if they have a thin linning in their nose. Me, if I got a nose bleed for everytime I get horny, i wouldn't have enough blood to live. sorry, comes with the perks of being 21

No i don't think that people get nosebleeds when they are horny , nosebleeds happen for a reason but to be horny , it's in anime that they bleed when they are horny to make it funny i always laugh at those scenes , and if people get nosebleeds whn they are horny then you'll see half the people in the mall have nosebleeds .

No, the nose bleed is just a Japanese Expression/Anime Gesture or Technique. I highly doubt that in real life, people nose bleed when really horny, otherwise we'll be seeing blood all over the place!

I remember my nose bled at times for no reason, so I guess anything is possible. I particularly remember having no bleeds during a hot shower, so maybe being horny and getting hot in the head relate to nosebleeds somehow. Or maybe it is like American cartoons where steam comes out of a character's head when they get hot and nervous, but the Japanese make it more realistic and blood comes out instead.
Well every1's seen some sort of anime were someguys nosebleeds coz his gettin horny, well im a girl and ive never seen a guy get a nose bleed unless they hav been hit really hard in the nose, thats it, so really if you think about who here has seen a guy hav a nosebleed coz he's horny, NO1, go ahead pple prove me wrong

yeah i got a nosebleed in the shower too after watching bullet in a bible starring billie joe, who, by the way, is extremely hot. hehe. interesting comparison-- the whole steaem thing. unfortunately ,i don't think steam would come out of a horny person's head. (probably someone mad's head....)
