This wallpaper gives us a perfect example of how a simple manga scan can be turned into a beautiful vector. Not only did danalm trace the lineart, but he also added amazing details and a simple, yet wonderful background. Furthermore, the wallpaper shows us how the monochromatic style can make your work look really interesting.

For me, it's pretty much two series' sitting comfortably at the top spot -- Oh/Ah! My Goddess and Maison Ikkoku. I don't think I could really choose between them as they've got their own strengths for different reasons and I really can't make the determination of which one I like bett[er] between them, so there you go...

I think Cowboy bebop, InuYasha, Samurai X and a few more can be classed as the Greatest animes of all time. It also includes the MSG series'

I think Fushigi Yugi is also somewhere near to a great series but certainly not the greatest!
Some anime movies are also really good.

But as i have not seen all and every anime series ever made till date, i cannot say which one really is the 'Greatest'. But the ones i mentioned above have the qualities of being called a great anime seires.

This is just my opinion though.......

Warm regards,
The Firestorm

Here's a hint-- I own all the DVDs, the poster, two of the soundtracks, and it's in my signature.
HELL YES, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN.

It's Cowboy Bebop.
The best of the best. Although Trigun, Evangelion, FLCL, Samurai7, and the whole of the Lupin i franchise are quite good too.

Too many choices and I can't seem to select one. I would have to say Kino's Journey because of the deep plot and creative thinking the creator put into the show. Like many other posters, it's hard to choose when there are many fantastic shows and movies out there.

Oh of course!! I completely forgot about Ghost in the Shell! Man! How can i forget about such an awesome classic?!

GITS is definitely one of the very best animes ever created. Wouldn't you agree?

And i completely agree with Nanuk, Cowboy Bebop is by far one of the best anime tittles ever created. And Psidragon is also true, Samurai X is really, really very good. Although a little old but very good. However, i did not like Samurai 7. It did not have a proper ending. The story was going nicely when it begun but just like Fullmetal Alchemist, as the story came close to it's finish, it started to become crapy!

But that is just my opinion though, i am not trying to offend any Samurai 7 and/or FMA fans, k?

Warm regards,
The Firestorm

I would have to say that the greatest anime of all time has to be Samurai 7. Adapted from director Akira Kurasawa's greatest film, the anime version lasted 26 episodes and was an interesting departure from the original film while expanding upon the original film.

I think Cowboy Bebop is the best serie ever made, the story, the characters, the art design, the Yoko Kano's soundtrack and seatbelts music, all is perfect, no regrets at all with it!!
I like Wolf's Rain too, the ending is so great, the plot and the characters are so good, I like the art design in this anime, and the soundtrack is great too!!
Evangelion is a big 90's serie, I recommend it too!!
Something alike happens with Rorouni Kenshin Ova's, but if you see the anime series, it is too bad for my taste, but the Ovas are pieces of art!!
Samurai Champloo is a great anime too (a little new!!)!!

One Piece has my vote, a world where there still many mysteries, dangerous ventures to be had, and many stories to tell... Kinda wish i was in that reality. Aside from all those listed, there's plenty of comedy, lots of action, and many well drawn girls (-.^)

I would say One Piece. I'm not that into anime, but this series is just amazing. I love everything about it. The only other animes I have watched are GetBackers and Full Metal Panic. They aren't bad themselves.
