What game that you wished you had never bought and why?

Hmm...trick question. I bought a game called Jade Cocoon once and I didn't really like how it turned out. It was a RPG game that you needed to take over beasts to use them vs other beasts, but I didn't really like it since I was more into the Final Fantasy you attack with 3 guys. So it quickly got to the top shelf and stayed there.

Resident evil gun survivor , its really boring ><"
Monster Hunter >_<, I only bought it because of the dragon in the cover, I never thought it would be so stupid --___-- It's out to the shack with this one...
RydyShining Force Neo. Tedious. Repetitive. Slowdowns (and at this point in the PS2's life span...grr). Oh, and the really, really, REALLY bad voice acting. All for $50+ dollars...yeah.
Thank you! I brought that one home, hoping it would be like Shining Tears (so sue me, I like ST :P) and I was like "WTH? Its Gauntlet 64!" But somehow its graphics are worse and the dub will burn your ears off.
Romancing Saga - PS2 Call me a futile optimist. I liked the first Saga Frontier, but this game is beyond redemption. Both this and SF Neo got returned the day after they were bought. Luckily my old manager was working at the EB so he let me fudge the "no opened box" return policy.
Drakengard 2 - PS2 This one's not too horrible, but the one part Dynasty Warriors, one part Panzer Dragoon gameplay left alot to be desired, especially since its game engine is a pale shadow compared to those other two games. At least this one has a good OST.
Metal Dungeon - Xbox I actually still have this one as its one of what, four, Xbox rpgs. But it's a randomly generated dungeon hack, and your characters play themselves. It's not like FFXII where you can change you teamate's actions on the fly, you have to wait until they are about to take their turn and then changed what they do, or else they will continue to do whatever their default action is until the battle is over. Oh, and the battles are slower than FFVII.
Ephermal Phantasia - PS2 Most of the early PS2 software was bad, but this one was terrible. A supposed "musical rpg" I guess because your main character is a bard. The game could be played with the Guitar Freaks controller in the Japanese version. Well, Konami never gave us GF, so that novelty was lost, and what was left was and rpg that had barely passable N64 quality graphics, and monsters that looked like furry lemons with feet. This one was traded in quick.
Resident Evil: Code Veronica, omg, the controls sucked so bad for it, it's not like the traditional movement for character in like any other 1st/3rd person shooter style movement. That really ruined the smoothness of the game for me. I would also say Syphon Filter 3 which to the same effect had crappy controls but not as horrible as Resident Evil: Code Veronica and I didn't buy Syphone Filter 3.
I would never Buy Futurama again. I dunno why but i never got through the second stupid Level. It was just impossible for me. I just dont know why...
Another Game like this is Battlefield 2 Modern Combat. I just had no fun with it.
Morrowind. It was just boring. I mean the only sound i heared in this game where "oohmp" when my Char fall down somewhere or this stupid music.
There are some variouse Gameboy-Games too, but i cant list them all up here...

The sims busting out i really dislike this game. its so boring.
Metal gear solid 3 i couldnt really get into the game. Just i dont think its really all that exicting.

Last year, one of the games I wanted most was Driver 3. I had played the first couple and I really liked them for some reason. But those were some time ago. Once I got Driver 3, I played it for a while and decided it was just really boring. It's like a really cheap version of Grand Theft Auto in my eyes. I want my 30 bucks back!

The only game console I ever had was a SEGA Dreamcast, and there was a lot of games that I wanted bu any of them arrive in my country, like Sonic Adventure 2, or Resident Evil 4 Code: Veronica.
Broken Sword The Sleeping Dragon for the PS2; Same reason as Bujingai. :(

Over my long gaming career, I have bought WAY too many games I wish I hadn't. Here are the first 3 that pop to mind.
Rocky and Bullwinkle SNES - Need I explain? Lame sidescroller which to this day I STILL can't figure out. Yeah.
Digimon World 1 PS1 - Thought it would be cool. Looked cool at the time. Cool ideas. End result? Lame game where you spend way to much of your time looking for potty's. Stick with your tomagotchi.
Kingdom Hearts 2 PS2 - Swerved? Sorry, but I could NOT get into this game. I tried, really I did. The battle system looked like it had promise, but it's more of a button masher than Dynasty Warriors is. There was little strategy beyond mashing attack and spamming cure from what I saw. Granted, I didn't beat it, but I did beat a certain special boss and wonder why he was so easy compared to the previous game.
Kingdom Hearts 2 only makes the list because it is my most recent 'Why?' purchase. I was probably just expecting too much.

City Life for the PC. The controals are annoying, and the whole game just doesnt seem to make any sense..
And thats it :P I don't buy games most of the time unless I can borrow it from a friend/rent it and try it before I buy it.

I just buy the games I know are good enough, first I download them and If they are great games I buy them, I shouldn’t do that, but I don’t have much money to spend in videogames.
There are 3 games which I thought were the worst ever. The first was Dark Cloud (PS2) which was really bad due to the boring and repetitious dungeon quests looking for parts of ruined towns and cities. I was okay the first round(not great though), but it got old very quick. The characters were lame too as well as having a pathetic storyline. The second was Legend of Mana (PS1). Although this was a beautiful game visually, it had virtually no central story and the walkthrough was very vague on direction. There was no set path to take, and when you would attempt a certain quest, it isn't always clear how to accomplish the goal of completing it. I quit this after about three hours. The last was Final Fantasy:Mystic Quest (SNES). I thought that because this was made by Squaresoft, that this would have been a good title. I couldn't have been more wrong on this. The lack of a solid story, forgettable characters, and even worse graphics, made me want to throw this game in the trash bin. If I knew then what I came to know later, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money on either of these titles. I guess you live and learn... huh?

bye bro!

This little bastard is mine!
