What game that you wished you had never bought and why?
That Bruce Lee game for Xbox. Worst game ever... I'd rather just go play Tekken 3 and use Law in Tekken Force Mode :P. Bad Story, controls, graphics, voice acting, and AI, just bad all around.
Mobile Suit Gundam: Encounter in Space. Hate the controls, grahpics were alright, didn't like the versus mode, and the loading before missions.

Unlimited Saga (PS2) -- Waste of time. not up to usual squareenix standard
The world is not enough for n64...dammit, bought it around 200 for 100 frickkin canadian dollars...so.like 70 us for an n64 game? DAMMIT!
Waverace for GameCube, god that was boring. It was a very pretty game, but it required skill and mastering little technical controls that I just didn't have the patience to learn. Plus the characters were generic and the overall atmosphere as boring as a NASCAR race.
As a runner up I'd have to mention South Park for N64. I didn't actually buy it, I borrowed it from GameStop (when you work for them you can borrow a few games per week). The game had you walking around South Park shooting nothing but turkeys with dodgeballs. When you got to the end of a stage you fought... a giant turkey. Definitely the most boring game I've ever played.

Warhammer 40k:Fire warrior: nobody was ever online to play and the aiming was horrible
Tribes Vengeance: Multiplayer was hacked terribly leaving barely any gaming community to play in

Digimon World 1: I really didn't like this game. I never got very far and when I did mt digimon kept on dying on me. Then I had to retrain it, I finally gave up on it.
Digimon World 2: Was a little better, but I couldn't train my digimon at a certain point.
Dragon Booster: For the the DS. I thought it was all that it was cracked up to be. I thought you could breed dragons and race them and have loads of racing gear to try. Boy! was I wrong. They only have limited dragons even fewer gear and the racing was it a bit out of wack. I was really disappointed with this game. Good thing I bought it cheap though cause that's all it's going to be a cheap game.
Yu-gi-oh: For the first Playstation: I thought it was going to be great when I saw it. But when I played it, this game was messed up to begin with. Poor graphics and a hard battle system.

Siren, though a huge horror fanatic within the ranges of Clock Tower series, Silent Hill, Haunting Ground, and various others I found Siren just plain boring. Sure, I had a few jumps here and there; however, I found the control system akward and even though the overall plot had a nice twist or two, it just left me wishing I had my twenty dollars back...

Unlimited Saga is the only game I wish I never bought. It's for PS2 but it looks like it should be for early PS1. The graphics during the opening and during battles are good, but everything else sucks. Most of the game play involves moving an avatar picture of your main character on a small piece of a large map. You don't actullay move either; the picture of you just moves up and down on the map. Then, when you come arcoss something interesting it tells you something like 'you have found a Lv4 chest' and it might show you a small picture of it. It remids my of old computer adventure games where you move a small character and it tells you that: you have encountered a rat, you attack, rat blocks and takes 1 damage. But, the worst part of the entire game is that whenever you want to make an action like picking locks, stealing items, or whenever you make an attack this stupid hit or miss wheel will spin; so you can try like four times in a row and still not get to do what you wanted. Also, another disappointment is that this is the second game in a series and the first game is really good.

The worst 20 bucks I ever spent in a EbGames shop was on Psychotoxic. Gawd, that game was bad...the gameplay was terrible, the voice acting was just lame and the game engine was bugged up in various places. Definitely the most try-hard game i've ever bought.
WORLD OF WARCRAFT
self-explanatory. Ever tried cocaine or heroin? Sometimes it's not the right drug for you but other times it's the right drug for someone else. I envy those who don't like this game.

I must agree with the folks who hated Chaos Legion. I am quite picky and cheap with my games, so I buy them carefully. I bought Chaos Legion, played it for less than 10 minutes and just left it at that. Days later, I gave it to my brother to trade in. It had some crappy gameplay.
Beyblade VForce Ultimate Blader Jam (GCN): This game was the worst game I've ever played. ): It was too short, I beat it within 5 hours. At first it was extremely hard, because all the chracters were 10 levels ahead of you. o.o But then, it gets easy once you level up, because you can beat everyone in a matter of seconds. And, there's only 6 main "bit beasts" in the game. There's not many characters, either. :/ This game was a huge let down.
Well as for me i would have to say Amimal Crossing
i mean it was cool and all but sooner or later youll get really tired of it
ok, this one time i got tired of it then a few months later i went back to it but i barley even made it to half an hour -_-'

I snagged Chaos Legion as well. That one’s already been mentioned several times, so I’ll just leave it at that.
Shadow Madness comes to mind as well. I think that’s already been mentioned too. It tried to be everything Final Fantasy VII was, but failed in pretty much every way. The game provided no challenge at all, was pretty damn ugly, and really just a waste of time. The game does win a few points for the scythe wielding, wooden farm robot with the straw hat, but it’s not enough to redeem the game.
There was a Techmo RPG back on the Super NES... Something like “Legend of the Stars.” I forced myself to play through it thinking “surely this will get better soon” the entire time. It did not. Easily my worst game purchase ever.
