It means that the filesize of your wallpaper is too big. 753.02 KB for a 1024x768 resolution wallpaper is overkill. The max limit for a 1024x768 wallpaper is 512 KB.

If you are using Photoshop, just adjust your compression setting higher till it goes slightly lower than 512 KB.

wrong, the wallpaper was forwarded to SZ because its overexcess of elements. adding more will only result one one confusing concept.
the main trick its that your eye doesnt bounce for all corners of the wallpaper. on your case, its doing it.
the only suggestion i can give, remove 1 or 2 images, and do the party with the rest. always having in mind to keep it simple, but not lacking complexity.

plus, the font quality is low, try to get something that can replace that, or try to improve its quality using filters like sharp and blur

sorry to quote this again after dan, but God forbid that more elements are added to this wall without first removing some stuff and reorganizing the rest. xD; there is already enough substance to play around with in order to form into a good abstract wall. more isn't always better.

1. i would recommend cutting down on the number of images of sora. multiple pictures of him is used for effect, but this many spread over such a considerable area of the wallpaper makes it somewhat distracting and lacking in focus.

2. random text is useful for abstract layered designs, but i would be quite careful with what it actually says. the visual effect is important, sure, but it'd be way better if everything made sense. according to a friend who speaks chinese, the chinese characters you used don't make sense either as a phrase or for the subject matter of this wall. for example, i can recognize the character for "woman/female" without being told, and i doubt that's relevant to sora. ^^; (that particular character is jagged and low quality, by the way.)

3. in the near-horizontal image of sora closest to the bottom, there seems to be jagged/pixel-ly stuff. so it's of less quality than your other images. this is something to think about if you do consider the suggestion to cut down on your number of pictures. if you keep it, it'd be nice to fix it.

that's about it for the basic stuff. when it comes to revising the arrangement of your design (which more likely than not will have to be done), keep in mind that you want something interestingly grouped/layered, not just cluttered. :] keep up the good work.
