Nah I'd reccomend removing them annoying scanlines all over da place. It doesnt seem to add any technical effect just annoys da eyes.
Yes why are there twins? XD The lines going across the wall can go, but other than that I dont see much of a problem.. However, I REALLY don't see a theme to this wall.. the text does not match its picture....

It looks a lot like you've just tried to fill the space. I'd loose whichever is the flipped version of him and also I'd also loose the ghost figures in the bg as they're mega cheesey and also a little distracting.
Hmm you think that...??Well maybe i'll fix some by the way thanks for comment ^^

Hmm...It looks like there are 4 Enishi's in the wall. Here are some suggestions:
- Probably you can just focus on one Enishi and add more details to the background. You probably might want to add some texture/patterns to his cloak and sword.
- Use kanji instead of hiragana for his name. "Rurouni Kenshin" is set in medieval Japan, and Japanese names at that time use more of kanji than hiragana. The font of the name can be in the form of brush strokes, to make it look like Japanese calligraphy.
- As for the tag line, do you mean "Just Smile for Me Sis"?
But I thought the character has been extracted quite nicely. Nice work! =)
