I'm liking the background ^_^ But that foreground blur of Rock Lee probably will get this rejected. It looks cool faded like that but its way too blurry. Try vectoring it, then fading it/blending it more and see how that looks. Thats the only thing I really see thats wrong with it

I assume that's because of photobucket's new resizing no-change default. No longer hosts anything larger than 800x600.
I don't care for the leaf texture being part of the character. And I agree on the watermark leaving, kind of tacky in my opinion.

Nice wall. I like it. Will it be accepted? Who knows. I think the background is great and you should keep it, and i love the font and the layout...

No there is a problem about the size cause it's not 800x600 but 749x562px... So even if photobucket's resize it, it is too small!
The background looks great and the idea is pretty good and original...
The face scan looks nice... But the hand is WAY too blurry. You need to clean it or vectorize it to make it clearer.
What did you write under the green line?
You also need to sign you wall..

I'd also suggest that his face doesnt blend into the background, cuz it kinda leaves nothing to be the main focus of the wall. Owell just my suggestion.
