bye bro! Do your parents watch anime?
Neither one of my parents watches anime. My mom walked in while I was watching Green Green and stood there and watched for about five minutes and then walked out of my room. When I came out she asked me why I was watching such perverted things. I tried to explain not all anime is ecchi and fan service but she didn't go for it. My dad never has shown any interest in anime either.
Unfortunately, neither of my parents watch anime, though my dad sometimes shows an interest.
My father watches anime, He likes animated things so its cool. He even likes to watch ecchi anime since the first anime he watched was Tenchi Muyo a couple years ago. Once in a while he would ask me if there any good series in my anime DVD collection for him to watch that are english dubbed because hes not a big fan of reading subtitles.
I'm trying to get mine to watch them. Something like helping them with a few chores in exchange for them to watch one or two episodes. I really want to share with them the shows, but they don't really seem interested.

My parents don't watch anime, because they think it's quite childish. But at times when I watch it in the living room, my parents would watch a bit of it. Then they will leave. I think it's because they weren't exposed to it much as a child. They are more into manga and novels.

They can barely watch a disney's movie and they only would for the sake of his grandsons, my dad likes to watch Discovery channel and News and my mom only watches the varities, so they only think that anime is for kids, so I always try to don't touch the subject with them, otherwise they'll say that I'm acting childish and I'm wasting my time and blah, blah, blah. The only one interested a bit about anime is my sister but she hasn't got the time to watch it. I think that it would be great that my parents would like anime so I wouldn't have to spend my money buying the dvds. hehe

No, my parents don't watch anime. (They have no idea what they miss..) They think that anime is only for children or it's only a normal cartoon.. But hey, they are parents!

My Dad saw all the series of Dragon Ball...which is pretty funny...while my mom thinks its weird...=.=...
No, my parents really don't care for animated TV shows. D: My mom took me to the Yu-gi-oh movie when it was out in theatres a few years ago, and she fell asleep during it. XD

I don't have parents that watch anime. But I will be a parent one day and I will be the ones watching anime with my kids. I'll never grow out of it. I love to collect a lot of anime stuff and I'll teach my kids one day about all the previous series I was growing up on. It'll be a good time.
I watched a few mizayaki movies with my mom and grave of the fireflies.
Sorry but i'm going to have to laugh my butt off to that. Cause according to them consider it "garbage" yet they watch dramas on tv that are from the manga themselves. Talk about redundant.

My parents do not watch animes, but they are curious when they hear me smiling or when they see me crying because of the scenes of the anime, especialy shoujos!
