AZNsmithLegend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is number two...no doubt about it...
"Isn't it adventure/action? I mean I have beaten it too a few years ago, and it was much fun, but I don't think it has anything to do with RPG."
"My favorite...well, I find RPGs on any platform boring in the long run (Final Fantasy (TM) is an exception) therefore I play pen-and-paper."
"And I think Tales of Symphonia (TM)is a good one. I used to sit down with my younger brother and played, laughed, cracked jokes about everything when we were tired in the evening, making it look like The Slayers (TM), but we're neglecting it recently because IT DOESN'T WANT TO DANG END, we're playing since 30 hours, what I find amazing, but it's like an endless soap opera..."
"Otherwise great. Play ToS."
yes...legend of zelda: Ocarina of Time is considered RPG...if you have a sense of what RPG stands for and means...it has an even broader meaning today...some people even question if any game isn't even a little RPG
The legend of zelda: majora´s mask for the great music and the history line
The legend of zelda: the wind waker, for the BIG map and the new graphics
pokemon: blue version yeah i really liked the first series but now all is too complicated
with new pokemon and attacks that are ridiculous (well except for kyogre)

All time favorite for me is FF7, but my favorite type of rpg are strategy rpg's, particularly; Final Fantasy Tactics, Disgaea and Stella Deus.

FFVII is my favorite out of the FF series with FFX/X-2 following behind it, but the battle system and everything for FFVII was GENIUS!
Well, my favorites are Kingdom Hearts I and II!(Although yes I admit KHII could have been better as far as the story line goes) Here's hoping that Kingdom Hearts 3 is even better!

To be honest i don't have an RPG that i would consider the best if the story was good the game play doesn't really matter to me but if i do enjoy the gameplay it's more of a bonus for me here is some RPG's i enjoyed...

-Y's the Ark of Napishtim
-Growlancer II The Sense of Justice
-Xenogears
-Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2
-Zone of the Enders and 2nd Runner
-Tales of Symphonia

-Suikoden 3, 4 and 5
-Tales of Legendia
-Grandia i
-Magna Carta

-FFVII all the way
-Tales of symphonia, one of the few rpg's on teh cube and it rocks
-The elders scrolls series, so much to explore so little time
-The legend of zelda ocarine of time, majora's mask and wind waker
- Megaman battle network ^_^, loved it as a child and still love the gameplay
But if had to choose one i would go for FF VII

Tales of symphonia for me, its so freaking long and has a great story with some great plot twists and dont forget the battle system very addicting
even though I dont have a gamecube anymore I wont sell it, I,ll just wait for the revolution to come and then play it again on that

I'm currently hooked on Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.
However, I enjoyed playing Chrono Trigger and FF8.
Since I don't have a console of any sort with the exception of my aging N64, I can't get hold of the later square titles. Kingdom hearts and FFX looks pretty good though - I get the feeling that I would enjoy them.
Riviera - the Promised Land was one of the GBA RPGs that I enjoyed, after Golden Sun and it's sequel.
If I were to rank them, I'd say:
1. Golden Sun - Immersive. Very immersive and addictive.
2. Riviera - Radically different feel ... even though I'm no stranger to bishoujo games.
3. Chrono Trigger.
4. FF8.
Oblivion has been really fun, but I don't want to make a judgement on it because I'd be biased. ;)

Final Fantasy VII. :D Best of all times. I can't believe I'm actually saying this but at the time when Pokemon Red and Blue came out, it was all the rage as well. So I'd have to say Pokemon as well for Gameboy. XD I used to go nuts with trading, battling, and link cables.

bye bro!
