I don't know if you can call it cute, but I love the way Lupin i says Fujiko-chaaaaan! But they took it out and changed it to baby cakes or something stupid like that in the English version.

But Ed's little song in Cowboy Bebop the movie is cute in both English and Japanese.

But it usually depends on how people say which decides whether it is cute or not.

I really love the Nyuuu phrase from Elfen Lied.
Lucy was so cute when talking like that.She made me wanna smile.
Another one is Gao or NI-ha-ha from Air.MIsuzu was so innocent talking like that.
I really loved it.
And I don't remember the anime but everytime somebody says Hi-Mi-Tsu I'm like "waaah so cute" :)

Hmm not any particular phrase, but i like it when tsukamoto of tenma tries to butt in, but she is ignored..

chii of chobit is cute when she says "chii", nyu of elfen lied "nyu" and misuzu of air "gao" lol.. i heard some japanese toddlers even say gao.. so cute, really..

oh and when midori-chan of midori no hibi says sorry or when she shows her new dress.. XD
