Poverty flourished outside of these ecomomic zones and slums were widespread. The ruling class called themselves Logos and maintained their position by force of arms. They call the poor Revenus, who are exiled to live outside the special economic areas. Time has passed since then. Katsuragi Jo and Tsurasawa Jin, escape from Phantom, a force organised to watch Revenus and to suppress renegade elements of the Logos, taking with them a mysterious girl, Noto Sana. There are many who are interested in her, all with their own reasons.

It feels like a cross of Ghost in the Shell SAC and FMP. It has fantastic music and stellar animation. anyone else seen this? episode 5 of 12 just came out.

Just looking at the add picture i knew it was going to be good, i think it is it's not to far in the series but seems to have good direction. some mechs (about 1.5 the height of humans, no gundam size) decent action but so far not much in the way of "Showdowns"

It was said to me that it was very well, but before I begin this series, I must finish Rozen Maiden and Kiba…

I gotta say that I love this series. After the shocker in Episode 8 I'm totally hooked. I gotta say that this weird mix of Ghost in the Shell espionage and pirates was hard to get used to but after a while you just accept it. Story wise it uwinds abit slowly in the beggining but by mid-series you start getting tidbits of the chaos to come. Its just one of those animes you gotta give more than one episode to see if you like it. Its a shame its only gonna be about 12 episodes. The ending song: "Brand new reason" by FLEET is one of my favorites songs I've heard in a while.

Juding from wat you guys are saying, I think I'll go and check it out :) A mix of GITS and FMA you say? sounds good to me! I love both of them!
