Okay i have heard that they are releasing a sequel to Gundam Seed Destiny this fall. Apparently there is a trailer going around about this new sequel. I know that they release stargazer last year but that was not a real sequel to the series. Does anyone have more info on this. Also what do you thing this new sequel should cover.I need the opinion of gundam seed fans.

I really like gundam seed and gundam seed destiny and i hope it still falls around kira and athrun and if not i would like it to be when they are older or something i just cant picture gundam seed without those 2 characters

Would it be about the son of Talia Gladys(Captain of Minerva). She mentioned it before she died in the end of G.S.Destiny.
Rumors of a sequel have been floating around since the end of Destiny. Originally there were plans to have a complete series. It really isn't anything new though I guess they scrapped that idea in order to make a movie. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=6565

Yea it would be so increadible if there wuz a continuation to the Gundam Seed series because there were a few relationships between characters which were left unclosed, and that really annoyed me. But don't get me wrong, Destiny ended great but sequels always kick a*s...

Yes i agree sequels are great however if they make a movie i would prefer it to be the start of the 3rd sequel...for e.g. in the story of the movie it would show what happened for the naturals and coordinators to fight again or whatever its about and then continue it with the third instalment

Mmm aftter the craptacular development of SEED Destiny I hope this is just a false rumor and they move on with a different kind of series. Seriously, Kira in Strike Freedom is untouchable, the best pilot that there will ever be (although I doubt it a little bi, Amuro Ray in his Hi Nu Gundam is also broken). What plot could they show having the ultimate Coordinator and his sidekick Athrun pwning everyone so easily? Ack... how I miss the good old school Gundam series...
We as i mention before there seem to be a trailer about this new installment of gundam seed,has anyone seen it or downloaded the torrent. I am still waiting for the subversion of it to come out. Also there is another Gundam Seed Movie coming out.

I really hope there is more, i love the SEED series, i'm half way though Destiny at the moment, i don't even know if i watch it for the story, or just watch it because i love all the charactes, so i hope there will be more.

If they remake Seed (again) I'd better not see a hint of the Destiny characters or I'll whack the screen.

I have to agree seed is good, but imo 08MS still the best.
I heard there was a movie planned ? but a whole other series ? Even better!

A new series? Gundam Seed Destiny was great enough and out comes another!I've been a fan of Gundam Seed for a long time now. Can't wait for it to be released!
