4 years have pasto unknowingly after Kira Yamato and his companions defeated the ambitions of Gilbert Dullindal. Representative Athrun Zala of the International Coalition (called ETERNITY) -an organization bridging the Naturals and the Coordinators and even various countries in the world- are busy fighting against rebel terrorist groups attempting to overthrow the new world order, together with his friend Kira.
Athrun sent Mwuu, Yzak an Deakka to lead the army of Eernity. However, there is a traitor under the control of Asutea Rainhato - Geren Mageniasu, and his subordinates: Viru Ryumieru, Sakura Erusenu, and Orin Girufato. The battle came under control because of the 4 GUNDAM S piloted by them. First off all Stargazer whas a Spinoff it whas not a sequal.
and man i cant wait for a 3de series of Gundam seed.
i am already trying to get more information about this for same time. Becase the rumer that there whas a 3de series in the make is already on the internet for same time.
as for the movie i hear thats totaly lose from the serie and hase little muche 2 do about it if thats trough i dont realy know for sure.
well i hope its all trough becase i am a big fan from GS series

That review has been floating around the net since the end of Destiny (right when Destiny ended). Don't believe it. This new movie that they are making now is supposed to be released this coming fall if all goes well. Beyond that I don't have much credible or reliable information to give. I mean there are lots of speculation sites and old fan-based information going around but official info is hard to come by, other then they are working on this project (which is a movie not a series).

Ok i went to that site i dl\'ed the bittorent file then downloaded the movie file, then when i watched it it gave me some weird hentai crap i wuz like wtf i wanted to see the trailer instead it gave me 40 some seconds of second rate hentai...

I must admit that I'm sceptical about these rumours. Nevertheless, if there actually was going to be a third series, I would watch it with mixed feelings. I loved the original Gundam SEED, but Destiny was a bit of a disappointment to me.
There's been rumors of a third series for a while now, but there hasn't been official word of anything except spin-offs since Destiny ended.
I have to go with some of you here. Seed was a great anime, but Destiny, yes, pales in comparison. I really like Kira and Athrun, but they made them powerful at the end of Destiny. I don't mind a 3rd season, if it evers comes out and no rumors, but I would like a new plot than starting where Destiny left off.
If they are making a sequel it had better not end up a train wreck like destiny was...I had sooo much promise for it but trailed off to "hey guys I'm Kira, this is my gundam, lead me to your asshole". Hopefully whatever they do they have got to end the Seed series while the getting is good.

Hmm i've watched a few stargazer episodes and i wasn't really impressed...wee!! it's a direct sequel!
