It's with Niwa Daisuke from DN Angel. I just tried to do something with my program and that's it. It's the first wallpaper I've created... I wanted to put a text on it, but I didn't know what to write on ^^"

Hm... not bad, not bad at all, pretty good for your first wallpaper
the scan is a little too blurry, its hurting my eyes when i look at him
extraction is ok, but you might want to smoothen out the edges
the background could use something more to make it more interesting
as for text, maybe "Red Angel" and subtitle "Niwa Daisuke", nice work so far!

WAY BLURRY. Try using smart sharpen. And for the title, I go with what shinsengumix or sumin sed.

Not really an expert... but the image is still blurry, you might try putting shadows, so it'll not look so flat...
And the faded text at the back is quite unreadable...nice color though ;D

Extraction and cleaning still need some work. i think i liked the original texture/pattern that was on him, this one just makes him look poor quality. ya, the text underneath him could be a tad smaller, same with the main text. i actually don't mind the faint text in the bg, not all text has to be read, it can be decorative.
it's a neat bg, maybe another texture or two to give it more depth and design? not sure if it would look alright. lastly, don't forget a sig ;P

You should put the words "Red Angel" higher and put his name in a different place, because it looks as if you decided to put it in at the last second. The sharpness and...darkness? Lightness? I forgot the word for it, but both of the texts don't fit the wall very well because of it. The very top looks kind of empty, maybe put the faded text a little higher, and less faded so it doesn't look random? And don't forget a signature, otherwise it will be rejected immediately.

but don't have it blurred either.
faint text in the back is really hard to read, if you wanted it to be like that, then it needs to blend in better. the font doesn't fit the other fonts on there..

Hm... you seem to be going with the "red angel" idea but what i meant for the subtitle "niwa daisuke" is to have it right under "red angel"
also, if you plan on using that kinda of font, i suggest having the font in the background the same as well because it doesn't really look good when the text is random, try putting the text at the center of that red strip

I put changed the font and put the text in the middle of the stripe. I first wanted to put it in the middle of that swirl, but I think it looks better so.
There's a shadow now and the effect is changed too ^^
