What is the "extremity" of your sleep activity? snoring? sleep talking?etc...
TO COMPLETE THE QUESTION...
What is the "extremity" of your sleep activity? And do you believe that sleeping activity has any affect on your daily life and your health (or vice versa)?
I've read studies about the problems snoring can cause on health...or vice versa...However, I myself am not entirely convinced or sure...Maybe I still need to do some more research...but I don't think scientists have a complete full understanding of how much a person's sleeping activity can affect or is affected by his/her life style or health...so...anyway...feel free to express facts and opinions...

Hi guys! I snore while sleeping because of a problem in my throat that prevents me from breathing well while sleeping, that's why I sleep face-down. And sometimes that causes me not to sleep very well and then I'm like a zombie at work, for example, a pair of days ago, I almost got aslept in front of my work PC at my job.
Also my brother says that sometimes I talk while sleepign, but I don't trust him becuase last night I remained awake all night to hear if I snored or talked and I never did it, hahaha, just a joke.
See ya... ^_^

I have strange dreams. They're mostly disturbing and frightning dreams. Usualy for a day or 2 after a really bad dream, I feel a little different, usually pretty crappy and/or frightened.
I've fallen asleep walking and standing up quite a few times, also about a year ago I closed my eyes and went into REM "sleep" before I was ever asleep, then I tried to open my eyes and get out of bed again when I found myself in a state between conciousness and unconciousness that scared the crap outta me.
There are some things that are major health issues that occur with sleep, like sleep apnea (sp?).. which If I remember correctly, thats when you stop breathing in your sleep.

oh yeah...I've been there before...a dream within a dream...I'm amazed by my own imagination...
I don't actually have any sleeping problems, and I rarely remember my dreams. v.v kinda makes me sad, but then again, I don't remember nightmares either. >.> so meh. My dad has snoring problems, though. He actually sleeps with a breathing machine. It's a mask that blows air...or something...I don't really know. ^^;
My friend sleep walks when she's not in her own bed. Just the other night we stayed up too late watching movies, so rather than driving home she stayed over and she was sleeping in the living room. I was still awake in my room because I'm a night owl. Around 3 a.m. she came in the room and just laid down on the floor. Then around 4 I woke up and something seemed strange, and I looked down at cait and she was sitting bolt upright, STARING at me. O.O I was like "...What?" and she turned and laid back down. Freakeh.
I told her about it the next day and she didn't believe me.

I sleep on my side, usually. More often than not I wake up in the position I fell asleep in. I don't move around much, though sometimes if I'm half-asleep, I have half-dreams that can give me a jolt and make me twitch as if tasered. XD
Most of my dreams are calm, but even if I have disturbing dreams, I don't flail around or anything. I usually sleep straight on through the night till morning.

Theres a point in your sleep where you are totally "zoned" and almost nothing can wake you up. but after that, like say near the time you are supposed to wake up, you get really sensitive to sound and you wake up at the slightest sound (could be just me) :p
theres been times where i've woken up between 12 midnight - 3 am thinking its 7 am (time i wake up to get ready for class) come out of the shower, look at my watch and go "wat the ...."

I think you have narcolepsy. Google "Narcolepsy Test" and take this test so you can find out if you are really narcoleptic. I had similar symptoms, but one that you didn't mention was that while I am sleeping I feel like I'm actually awake. Everything happening seems so real, like I'm laying in bed, I get up, talk to my girlfriend, but then I really wake up. Other times I wake up, and all I can move is my eyes, like I'm chained to the bed or something..
I .... don't ... sleep.

I don't really have a sleeping disorder. I've asked my brother if he hears me snore when I'm asleep and he says I don't. But my brother does snore (quite loudly, I might add) and I don't think it's affecting his life. He seems normal to me. But maybe I'm saying that because he's my brother.
My brother and i both had a sleep talking for a few times, my dad heard it for a few times when he was checking on my room, but when i dont have any dream during the night i had the sleep talking, so i guess sleep talking is not related to wether you are dreaming or not..
My extremities :P
Well it doesn't happen that often but sometimes when i wake up it seems that the top of my bed is reversed O_o
Meaning the part that is supposed to be at my feet is at my head ^_~
My hair is always messed up after sleeping and sometimes i remember what i dreamt of and think that it was real except 2 seconds later i come to realise that my dream defies the laws of physics
I feel like more active when im sleeping then when im supposed to be active during the day
