Need again opinion to submit this thingy.

oks so far ive noticed that the pictures/scans you choose seem to be lacking in any koolness factor
try adding more scans of other characters in the series in the bg behind her to make more interesting compositions .look at my junk for example, i use TONS of scans and then work from there. its just my crazy style, but a style thats interesting to look at rather than...lets say a girl just standin there smiling.
i think almost anything can be improved with more scans haha
for these kinds of pics where you want the person in front to be the main center of attention, you could easily add like a smaller resolution of a character behind her to add some depth. OR you could go little more movie poster like and add a good profile/side picture of a character, then move the text

More scans is just a way to filll up space..>_>
1. get rid of the glow.
2. some parts are too jagged. eg. hair.
3. swirlies on the corners are too...random. and just there, if you want to use swirlies, then incorporate them into a design.
4. what are those yellow circles..? o.O don't look nice.
5. take out the drop shadow on the text.
6. basically, the thing that's wrong with this wall, is that , there are too many random little things, placed randomly, and not really any composition. be sure to have a design. composition of some sort.

Hmmm this wallpaper needs quite a lot of work put into it before submitting. Well as blu mentioned about everything in this wallpaper is just randomly placed, you need to work on your layout of things, so look at the AnimePaper Gallery and click on Wallpapers and view the wallpapers which are already in AnimePaper.
Carefully look at the layout of them and try to get some influence from them ^^ Another thing is, that some of the swirles you used look a little blurry...and the drop shadow on the text 'Tohru Honda' doesn't look too nice...maybe taking it off will make the wallpaper look better? =) Maybe you could find more brushes? Yes I mostly agree with everyones posts, but I really like MTLs idea about the putting a profile of her in the backround. I think you should take out the yellow in this wallpaper and use differn't shades pinks, and maybe some white.

Agrees with everybody, your wall needs more work..
Put the new scan on a "new layer", then put that layer under the tohru's layer., that's it ^^
