The silhouette have jagged edges, nice play on the brushes though. ^^

The texts in random places, especially the ones slashed in the middle, not quite good to look at.
And the barcode like thing, irrelevant.

Suggestion:

Since its raining leaves, put some silhoutte of trees, use perspective when you place them on his back.

In the current state of the wall I don't think they'l accept this wall. Is to simple is just brushes all over.

Yeah you need to fixed the background... may be you could add a grunge effect.. or use a stock photo..
