Wow, that's absolutely gorgeous. There really isn't much I can criticise it on, but I'll give it my best shot =P:

- Nice use of grunge, but the beige shapes are too clean for the rest of the wallpaper. I'd say use the eraser tool with the grunge brushes to give it a more dirty look.
- Lighting is probably a bit off. It seems to be a dark wallpaper, but the character is too bright to fit in with the rest of the background. Try making a light point and shade the character according to that point.
- I'm not sure that the shape at the bottom of the wallpaper is necessary. It looks isolated compared to the other shapes
- Your sig needs to fit under the start menu in Windows. It's slightly above this point at the moment

Other than that, it's superb, especially for a second attempt at wallpapers. You really have a natural talent for this kinda thing. Well done, ganbatte!

Yep the lighting is off, the light source should be the brightest, and the lowest part should be the darkest.

Suggestion:

Add one distinctive color.
