well, the bg looks quite simple, but it's not bad at all, i think it looks kawaii ^^

I agree you need to put a link anyways from what i can see the brushes on the left side are to grainy mainly because you tried to enlargen them...the character extractions could use a little bit of cleaning and for some reason i dont like the color of the bg it doesnt suit the characters well...
Its quite hard to get the whole picture of your wallpaper because you put it directly in the post. I think that the characters you chose are quite cute... good choice. I am not so sure of the sharp contrast colors of the image though since the image is comming out of your background so sharply it doesn't seem like its blending with your background. I love your background though a lot of colors and swirls which makes it fun.

Jagged lines on the left, the blending mode on the characters are too much, their too bright, try soft light instead of overlay...
I don't like your bg choice too, it doesn't match / compliment the characters.
