The image is too tiny to judge it well ...
Anyway, the background needs to be worked more : you've put 2 images in a black sheet if what i see is right ...
Good luck.

Yep it's too small, I think you just cut up a whole picture, then put outlines and arranged them...and it will not do here...
Extract a character or characters, then clean it up, think and make of an appropriate bg.
Well then good luck ^^

Thanks 4 your comments, I will try to fix it. By the way, how do you extract a character from a picture and clean it? I've been trying many things but I still don't know how.
Actually, i would like to know that too...
Forget the color windows. It's awful.
If I were you, I'd use the central picture as background and put the two character on it with a fade effect.
To remove the attraction of the eye on this fade effect, put some brushes artifacts (transparent lightning, stars, ...)
Try this and it could be better.

The wall size needs to be at least 1024x768 pixels.
Click There are lots of tuts here that can help you make walls, including making a basic bg, extracting pictures, cleaning images, etc.
You could also go to the Resource Pool and you can find lots of great tut sites.
Good luck!

I guess I agree with BlackEyed (sorry ><). Anyways, it looked like something made on ms paint (no offense). Using the eraser tool and making the images fade will look more better and maybe adding textures or a background would enhance the feel to it. :)

Thanks a lot! I think it will be quite a while before I can write in this forum since I need to study for my iPSLE. After that test, I will try fixing my wallpaper and post it again here.

I think you should remove the frames, make the borders of the 3 pics blurred to create the sense of romance.
