I finally got the stock to a pretty good point, at least for now, but I've spent hours trying to come up with a background for this thing without much success. I've tried numerous ideas, and nothing seems to fit. I'll show you the base that I'm working from, and one background idea that I came up with that I liked better than any of the others... However, I still don't really like this background either... Anyway, any help and or advice that any of you might have to offer on what directions might work well, or on just critiquing what I have is greatly appreciated.

Background Idea:

Hhhmmm...well...I think there is no problem for the scan that you choose...the only thing that bothers me is your background...it does not blend well with the scan...I think you should not use those building as your backgrouns because your scan is big..I suggest you use also a vector background..try using vectored brushes out there...well..good luck on that!

Why don't you use a wall for the background? Something in a dangerous errea... Some tags on the wall, some torn posters and an emergency scale black and dirty... Sort of a dead end in a deadly zone...

I don't know... He looks like a really bad guy you would fine in that kind of background...

Nice scan but, it's a bit low quality, needs cleaning.
the building bg doesn't work aswell, it doesn't suit the killer look on goyjo's eyes.

suggestion:

A destroyred place, like he went wacko and just wrecked the whole place.

Thanks for the help... I think that I might do a lot more work on this. I think that I might fully vector him to improve the quality a bit, and I'm finally starting to compile some ideas that might work for the background. If I can get it to work, look for this piece because it should be pretty good.

Well it think the image its great all you need is a good background
