Ugh, I pretty much just started reading the manga, and I haven't watched the anime yet, but from what I've read so far, it seems pretty nice. I have a friend who really enjoys it, and from what she says, I perceive it to be very nice. Not sure about how many episodes there are, I think it's still running?

Hitman Reborn is really quite enjoyable.
The thing is, is that in the manga, for the first 100 or so chapters is just character development, and is humorous, but not completely necessary sometimes, after that though, it gets really good.

I really love the manga/anime for the characters (they are unique, interesting and most of the time very sexy). Wasn't too impressed by the first... 60 or something chapters... it gets exciting after that though.~
