Final fantasy 13 is gonna be various versions of the game, i don't know how many or the names too, but "versus" is one of this versions.

I'm not that up-to-date with these FFXi games, but we don't know if the guy in the trailer is a good guy or not, do we? Anyway, he had a badass-like aura around him, so I guess he is a bad one... Would be nice with a more dark FF. FFX-2 wasn't really... that great :/ Have to play FFXII someday...
That trailer reminded me of Deep Dive, due to the 1/1,000 odds against him yet being able to knock down everything in his path. The trailer does make it very clear that the Kingdom Hearts and Advent Children staff worked on this game. Again, can't say I'd go out of my way to buy a PS3 to play it, have to wait until more info comes out and a few reviews before any final decisions are made on my end.
I can't wait to the PS3 comes, im gonna become such a console geek! O.o xD
I gotta say, it does kick ass. But the sword is kind of cloud wannabe and you can see the basis of cloud's design in the character as well. And those soldiers are definitely without a doubt based on the stereotypical FF soldier design. Galbadians, Shinra grunts, Final fantasy XII soldiers, etc. It is definitely FF to me.
Wow. That looks like such a great game. The graphics are, once again, amazing. Damn, now I need to go out and buy a Playstation 3.

So I literally got some goosebumps when watching this trailer. It looks totally amazing and should once again, be an exceptional game when it comes out.

Looks great. But that's all you can really say about it. Will need to wait a little more before I can judge the game ^_^
Also, I agree about FF not being true FF anymore... I think it's because of the new market of kids getting into the series, that they need to let it evolve a little so that it doesn't seem 'old' later on in the future. I know that my nephew(12 years old) loves the series but prefers FFX or FFX-2 over the oldies.
