before uploading your wallpaper, read the wallpaper section of the ap guide to make sure you meet the requirements. if you don't meet it, then it'll be rejected and you'll lose 100papers each.
if you've read it and you're not sure, you can ask around on the session zero board. they'll also give you suggestions for improvements.
