Hi at all!

Accidental I got on that page today and it's great. I was on search for pictures and I'm faszinated.
At first I want to say sorry, my english is not the best. I come from Germany.
By clicking through the pics it was said I shall contribute on other ways than only looking.
Of course I will do but I coundn't found an explanation what exactly is meant.
So it would be great if somebode could help me to that point.

Welcome to Animepaper. I'm glad that you just happen to find us, and I hope that you enjoy your stay here. Yes, this site involves you to contribute one way or another. May it be posting in the forums or making a wallpaper, you get currency known as Papers. You can then use these Papers to download the scans that we have available here. The more you contribute, the more scans you can download! Wallpapers doesn't need Papers for you to download, but you are limited on 15 wallpaper downloads per day. If you have any more questions, the AP Guide on the top right will answer most of them. I hope this helps you out! See ya!

Since you are new, please read the AP Guide. The information it contains will help you a lot around the site. Just click on the picture (Of Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion) on the right with the words AP Guide on it. Alternatively you can also click on FAQs. It will take you to the same place.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me anytime. I will try my best to help in any way I am able to.

You can participate in the community by Posting on the Forums (Spamming will get you into trouble), Commenting on Wallpapers, or Uploading your OWN Wallpapers or Scans.
Doing so will also earn you papers in the process.

Papers are like the currency of AnimePaper. It can be used to "buy" scans. Without papers, you cannot download any scans. You can also use papers to create a Group, and more features for paper will be added in Version 4 of AnimePaper.

If you like creating wallpapers, and want to share them with the members of this awesome site, make sure they meet the requirements BEFORE uploading them. The requirements are found in the AP Guide, under the Wallpapesr section. If your wallpaper does not meet the requirements, it will be rejected and youâ??ll lose 100papers for each one you tried to submit.
If you have already read the AP Guide, but you are still not sure if your wallpaper meets the requirements, then you can ask around on the Session Zero board. The people there will not only tell you if it meets the requirements, they will also gladly provide you with suggestions and advice on how to improve it! ^_^
The same thing goes for scans, so if you want to upload a scan make sure you read the Scans section in the AP Guide BEFORE uploading it. You will also get papers deducted if your scan is already in the gallery, so please check to make sure it is not.
