I loved the GBA games, back then the pokemon concept was really good and yes, I was pretty much addicted to it. But it`s been too much......everything starts to lose its charm when it`s repeated like pokemon. Oh well......it has to stop being profitable some day, hasn`t it?

In theory no, as long as there are young people experiencing it for the first time it should be ok, but I suppose the creaters will drop it for the next big thing......I guess its all about money in that sense

Count me in on this one. I used to be a hardcore Pokemon fan when I picked up the first few volumes of the anime from the first season. It was so cute but my love for this show quickly was set to simmer with only three episodes per volume and the high price tag that went along with it.
I think I also had a Gameboy at the time and I had a few of the Pokemon games that I also played with it.

Hehehe I was! Watched the show, collected the cards(had a charizard) played the gb games(man those things are addictive!) Fave. Movie was the one with Lugia in it! Lugia pwns! First season was the best!
I'm not much of a Pokemon fan. I only watch it once and a while when I'm bored and there's nothing else to watch. The matter of fact, Pokemon's kinda boring. *yawns* But when I was in 2nd grade, my sister and I collected cards like crazy. Then, gradually we grew out of them and we don't even like those cards anymore.

I never liked Pokemon. That's the show that made me hate anime in the first place. Also that dubbing was really dumb. ¬_¬
But fortunately Bleach revived and increased my interest in anime greatly.

Pokemon's english dubbing is horrible; I always heard the south american version, which is great, but when i got the chance to watch it in english i wanted to cry, they killed my Ash and my Gary! they sound like they have eternal cold, specially Gary, who sounds like an old man TT_TT
I had a deck of cards, GB games, the Stadium 2, and my favourite: Pokemon Puzzle ^^. I became a master of those colorful squares, I even addicted a friend of mine. the voices cracked me up, because everytime I made a combo or special move it sounded like they were in ecstasy XD. That's the only reason I won't hand over my nintendo 64, so i can play pokemon puzzle ^^

I still like to watch the series from time to time but I just wish they would release this series in the form of season boxed sets. So far, Saban Entertainment refuses to release the DVD's in this type of format and have strayed away from the format. With over ten seasons you would think they would.
Collected the cards (2 charizards :) sold em for 60 bux each), had the games, watched teh show, then one day i looked at my cards and i was like "WHAT THE HELL ARE THESE THINGS!" turned on my game boy and was like "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS GAME!" turned on my TV and was like "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS SHOW!" so yes i used to be a big pokemeon fan.
I used to watch it every day ^^, but i still think that it's very good, sometimes i watch it ^^
When I first watch Pokemon which was like reli long time ago...0.0..yea, it was good, I like pikachu the best but eventually it got boring so I haven't watch it in years...dunno wat happen in the seie anymore~~~
