I have to admit, hamtaro has that unique addictiveness and silliness to the anime series. I have often thought about checking out this anime series on DVD but have always held back.

Aww i miss hamtaro !! me and my friends use to watch it and play the games on gameboy .. but that was when we were all young .. now were too old lol. we dont play or watch it anymore =[. but i miss hamtaro alot ... heheh it was so cute !

What about that other anime show about that chinese siamese cat? I forgot the name of it. but I do know that my nephew watches hamtaro from time to time when Dora the Explorer isn't being broadcasted on television.

Same with me, i was 17 years old and while zapping through the channels on a saturday afternoon i stumbled with some wierd huge eyes hamsters. At first i thought, "great, an anime for kiddies -_-" but then I fell in love with those little critters ^^, When my cousin has her baby I'm gonna give as a present a hamator DVD, since she says that all anime is satanic and all sex ^^U

Hamtaro never really grabbed my attention, but two of my friends really liked it. When it comes to anime, I prefer more intricate plots and such, but that's just me. =)

It was so cute. Is hamtaro still on tv? I used to watch that show all the time. My brother has the gameboy game but could never beat it. That was the best show ever.

I've never watched Hamtaro. Ever.. But.. I've never really WANTED to watch it.. That might be the reason.. :p

Anidar: Nobody in their teens would want to watch it ^^. If you have cable and you just stumble across this anime it quite fun to watch, it's all for kids, so don't epect any Dragon Ball or Bleach sequences ^^. But those critters are way too cute, and it's not like you can hate it. I don't watch anime for children either, but there are some exceptions (I don't collect it either, if you can't reach it in any way don't bother watching, but if you're zapping and have nothing to watch it's nice.)
Hamtaro is definitely one word for describtion "kawaii"~~

Hamtaro, to me, is a seriously strange anime series. It's funny, but all the weird sex jokes and little things wear thin pretty quickly. Sex jokes are alright, but when every joke, or every other joke, is a sex joke, it gets old quickly.
